“Ymos” Symi Village Residences

Ymos is a traditional house built in the 18th century and located in the heart of Sými island in "chorio". It offers an authentic accommodation environment to all of our guests who wish to experience the local lifestyle and way of living. The house is made of stone and has been carefully restored to preserve its original charm. The house also features a beautiful courtyard where guests can relax and enjoy themselves. The holiday apartment Irene Family in Symi is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a view of the Aegean Sea. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There are 2 double beds, a living room, a fully- equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The two single beds are in the living room area and the double bed is located on a higher level accessible by a few stairs. The apartment is very comfortable for families, friends or couples. It overlooks the entire island and it is 10 minutes on foot away from the city centre (shops and restaurants) and the harbour.

The name "Alegre" means "happy". It is inspired by my grandmother (ALEmina) and my grandfather (GREgory) who made my holidays happy, as I hope yours will be! A traditional house made of stone in 1897, renovated in 2019 keeping its traditional character. It is located in the "Chorio" area of Symi. It consists of two independent floors connected by an external staircase. You'll love the tranquility and the view.

The house is located in pedi, the second biggest gulf of symi. From pedi there is easy access to the private beaches of St. Nicolas, St. George, St. Marina and St. Panteleimon. There arr also restaurants and a super market / minutes walking from the house. The view from the house is magical as it's located on top of the hill.
