Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road there is the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

The Rózsafaház is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Írottkő Nature Park, which can be reached by asphalt and forest roads. The house is surrounded by a forest garden, where the green area is well-kept, a garden barbecue clearing, and a playground are available. The building has a panoramic terrace with great views of Transdanubia and the Kőszeg Mountains. The house consists of a kitchen-dining-bedroom (with fireplace) and a bathroom with shower, and upstairs there is a sleeping gallery.

Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

Exclusive Seewinkel vacation home

The vacation home is located directly at the National Park Neusiedler See Fertö Hansag and is therefore unique. At the property boundary, the National Park area begins with a great view of the National Park, the surrounding towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Rust, Mörbisch and Fertörakos, and in the distance you can see the Schneeberg on clear days. A diverse bird and animal world is preserved here. Greylag geese, cranes, storks and silver herons and red deer are part of the seasonal daily routine here.
