Energieneutraal knus vakantiehuisje

Houten huisje, zelf gebouwd in 2020. Grotendeels met gerecycled materiaal. Op het huisje liggen maar liefst 20 zonnepanelen! De balken en de nok is lekker in het zicht gebleven, wat een ruimtelijk effect geeft. Een stalraampje uit de boerderij waar Karin geboren is, is in de nok verwerkt. De oude gele klinkertjes uit die boerderij vormen het terras, samen met de plavuizen uit de kelder. Als surprise heeft manlief voor Karin een hart gemaakt in het terras! Al met al een fijne plek om te vertoeven

Een fijne geschakelde vakantie bungalow met zonnige omsloten achtertuin die u volledige privacy biedt. Deze wat oudere woning is persoonlijk ingericht met vrijwel alle benodigde voorzieningen. Hij is geschikt voor 5 tot maximaal 6 personen. Zelf gebruiken we de woning ook in alle jaargetijden als uitvalsbasis naar zee en strand, bezoek aan diverse steden en bezienswaardigheden in de Randstad. Zeer geschikt voor kinderen: diverse voorzieningen zijn aanwezig.

Modern 2-kamerappartement

Het appartement is gelegen in een geliefde woonwijk en bevindt zich op korte afstand van de dorpskern. Op circa 500 meter lopen bevindt zich een supermarkt. En wat dacht u van lekker winkelen in ’t Loo, de weekmarkt, winkelcentrum ’t Hoekstuk of het station centrum, alles is mogelijk. De levensgenieters kunnen hun hart ophalen bij een van de heerlijke restaurants en op een zomerse avond loopt u zo naar Di Fiorentina voor een ambachtelijk ijsje.

Mooi chalet, vrijstaand in onze achtertuin met verwarmd zwembad (ca mei-1 oktober). Veel privacy en warm ingericht. Prachtige ligging in Santpoort Zuid nabij stranden van Bloemendaal, Zandvoort en Ijmuiden. Aan de ingang van de Kennemerduinen. Ook op fietsafstand: de beste winkelstad van Nederland Haarlem met zijn vele restaurants en gezellige kroegen. Goed bereikbaar met de trein en slechts 30 minuten van Amsterdam Centrum.
