Hosst and Co-Host was accomodating. Proactive communications on anything that may impact your stay. Private but near convenience stores (walking distance). There is enough activities, from the pool to the basketball court and for those who like barbecues, an area to grill. Nice getaway whether with just you and your partner or with the whole family. Billyn and her caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. My group booked the 2 rooms which had everything we needed because we cooked our meals and did some work (no internet connection issues). Billyn answered all my queries clearly so we can prepare for our trip. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay so yehey!

Cozy place! Best for transient travelers like us. The unit was decent itself. Also, secured neighborhood with two layers of security guards before reaching the place. It was quite challenging for us to find the place since we checked in at night. That’s why I recommend checking in in the afternoon. But overall, it was a great place and with a cheap price too! Will book again in the future if we have a chance.

Great to bring your family for a quick getaway. Quick access to famous places in tagaytay. Intermittent Internet connection but maybe because of recent typhoon. Nevertheless, everything’s great. Bring your mosquito repellent if it’s rainy season.

We stayed for 4 days in Carla's place. Everything you see in the photos is true. It was huge for family of three but we choose this so we can comfortably sleep. Though the AC needs some upgrade as during the night it was a bit hot. And maybe add drying rack and some hanger for the wet clothes. Other than that everything is superb! My kitchen needs are complete. I was able to cook without issues. They even provide some dishwashing liquid and new sponge. The bathroom is so big and clean. They have hand soap and tissue roll. We'd love to be back in Pico next yr and hopefully stay again in Carla's place. Thank you Carla!

Solstice Suites is a great place to stay at most especially if you want to be near Tagaytay but don't want to stay at the center to escape the traffic. The pool was warm enough. The toilet and shower room are separate from each other. I love the fact that the kitchen is a different room altogether. We would have spared stressing around the mosquitoes at the time if we asked for bug spray. Don't be shy to ask help from the caretakers as they are almost always ready to help.

This is my 4th time staying in VillaRica Beach Resort and it will not be my last. My family love the place due to safety and accomodating staff. Till next time.

Nice place,we had a great stay.The parking area was just far from the building itself.But over all we relaxed during our stay.

We had a great stay! Perfect for family--kids and pets! Hosts were very friendly and we felt right at home.

Villa Bet Resh was a very nice, family & kid friendly villa. The rooms were spacious and the amenities & kitchen equipment and wares were complete. Although I wish there had been more than just 2 gas range as cooking for a big group took a long time. But that was well compensated by the available helpers who were very polite and efficient at making sure the kitchen is kept clean & assisted with the cooking as well. The furniture and appliances were also very nice at the villa (except the stand fans that were a bit faulty). My personal favorite was the space & the interior honestly. We stayed for 3D2N and I think our family of almost 30 was able to enjoy the villa. Pool was awesome, beach side is just okay... some may find it not safe for swimming though...

Kudos to Kuya Noel for being helpful and accommodating during our stay. Nice place to chill and relax, perfect view of Taal Lake and Taal Volcano. The place is quiet and serene and very secured. it is also very near to the market, grocery, and stores.

The place was so clean and comfy and has a perfect view of taal. My family was able to switch off and get away from everything. We would like to thank ate Cecille for giving us a hand everytime. It would be a big yes for us to come back for the third time.

I think the bathroom is leaking outside. Nonetheless, our vacation was very comfy and convenient because of this.

Liked the place especially that it's pet friendly! Clean space ans complete kitchen utensils. Host is very responsive and instructions were very clear we didn't have a hard time getting in to Pico and the place itself. Recommendable!
