The premises rented on the lower floor total 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/open space/living room, two bedrooms, a closet hallway, and a large bathroom. In addition, there is a terrace both upstairs and downstairs, and free parking is available both upstairs and downstairs on the property.

The cottage has 3 kayaks you can borrow if you want to enjoy the fjord from the water. The fjord "Tempelkrogen" is known for its good fishing waters. The cottage is 45 minutes from Copenhagen.

The apartment is easiest reached by car.
