An apartment is available, which was converted from a larger building, renovated in 2010, and set in a 2,000-square-meter garden with pine forest and relaxation corners and which lends itself to the reconditioning of kite-surfing equipment. It is located about 10 minutes from the center of Marsala, about 10 minutes from the equipped beaches/lidos of the southern coast and 2.5 km from the Stagnone Reserve and from kite-surfing spots. The property is easily accessible from Trapani-Birgi airport and there is also the availability of transfers to and from Birgi airport (upon coordination). The property's surface area is about 50 square meters, consisting of a kitchen-living room, a functional kitchenette complete with dishes available to guests and a sofa bed; two bathrooms with shower for exclusive use, a bedroom with a double bed and a cot. In a wooden annex, there is the possibility of using the washing machine and another outdoor shower. The garden, with pine forest, olive and citrus trees, is shared with the owner, a dog and cats, but for guests there is a relaxing garden corner, under two centuries-old olive trees, with deck chairs, chairs and a table with the possibility of barbecuing. What a lovely old world Italian villa with a view of the sea. If you’re looking for the authentic Italian villa experience, this is it. But comfort was not forgotten, with wall mounted ACs in each of the bedrooms. The property is well maintained and beautifully landscaped. Old fashioned toilets performed well, and it was fun to see how things used to be done. Marina and her husband (Sergio’s parents) were lovely to deal with. Let’s not forget the salt water pool, which was sparkling clean and well enjoyed. Prepare to be educated on the Italian way of sorting refuse. It’s a bit complicated and honestly doesn’t work very smoothly, but the problems lie more with the government systems/protocols than with the AirBNB. You will need a car. The location while close to grocery stores and a few restaurants is at the top of a steep hill. Ubers are available inconsistently and are expensive. The gate opening system was great and efficient. We highly recommend!

We had a great holiday! Armando is a perfect host, everything was as described and well prepared. There is a beautiful garden with barbecue facilities, the kitespot is virtually right outside the door. Next year again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The accommodations were beautiful and exactly as described. With multiple bathrooms, everyone in our group had their own space which was great. The pool was a highlight, and the expansive garden was lovely to explore. We even got to eat fresh cactus fruit from the garden! Markus, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was always available to assist with any issues that arose and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I cannot express enough gratitude for his exceptional service. The proximity to the kite spot was fantastic and easily accessible by car. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The villa was spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable, living space was well laid out. The air conditioning worked well- theres a unit in the living area and one in the lobby leading to both bedrooms. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. The wifi worked well. The villa and garden were charming with lots of unique furnishings and rustic objects. There is plenty of outdoor space both sunny and shaded and is very pretty. Although the neighbouring houses are close by, the villa and garden felt very private. There is a table tennis table- we bought our own bats to take full advantage. Vincenzo and Enza were perfect hosts by respecting our privacy but always being available if we needed anything. They made us feel very welcome at all times; they honoured us with an invite to a family birthday celebration and Enza’s granita and cakes were delicious. Three supermarkets are close by, the kite surfing area is 5 minutes away and Marsala was a 10 minute drive. We had a lovely time.
