The apartment is very good, as described in the photos! The suite has many closets, which makes it very easy. The apartment itself is very well optimized and decorated. The penthouse with the pool is also very nice. The location is very good, close to the beach, the João Pessoa sign, restaurants and markets, Ricardo is super helpful and attentive, always answering questions and giving directions. It is well worth it. No doubt, when I return to João Pessoa I will look for the apartment again!!

The stay at Co-House with Wanderley was excellent! The place is super clean, organized and exactly as in the photos of the listing, which starts out very well. Communication was quick and straightforward, and he was extremely receptive from the start. A special highlight was his care in preparing a document with several tips, useful information and suggestions for tourist places in João Pessoa, which is very helpful, especially for those who are getting to know the city. Wanderley was always available and attentive, which made all the difference in the experience. I'll definitely come back more often!

Mr. Jordão was extremely attentive, solicited and patient with me and my family. The house is very good and well-equipped. The negative point of the stay ended up with me that I didn't notice the open gate at an exit from the condominium, which ended up generating some discomfort for the neighbors. But Mr. Jordão maneuvered the situation brilliantly warning me and calmed the condominium staff. I returned as quickly as I could to repair my misunderstanding. Outside to that was all very quiet. One of the best places we've ever hosted. The house is much more beautiful than in the photos. Large rooms with air conditioning, comfortable beds, furniture and utensils of excellent quality. Very quiet and safe place. And the best part of the house, Jouse, which in addition to organizing and leaving td clean every day, still made us a much better breakfast than a hotel. We also made a fantastic fishy. Jouse helped transform our experience and hosting into one of the best we've ever had.

Excellent location, with easy access to the beach, I especially thank Adrianol for allowing the late check-out, which made our stay much easier. The beauty of the beach with access from the condominium makes up for everything! And the pool is a plus. A tip: it is better to go to the market before arriving, because at night it is a little difficult to get food delivery. I recommend it.

The location is excellent, right in front of the beach, next to the Cabo Branco park, close to excellent restaurants. Maria was very kind and allowed early check in and check out later which helped us a lot due to the flight schedules. The city is wonderful, with spectacular infrastructure. We love the days we spent in the city.

The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well-structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an auxiliary bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is safe, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The hostess was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We feel welcomed and at home. We'll definitely be back!
