Our country house is located in the village of Secarias in the heart of the nature of central Portugal, 4 km from the village of Arganil and 55 km from the city of Coimbra. Exploring the Alva River from our home is a unique experience, where the following stand out: avocets, bees, kingfishers, crows, swallows, foxes, field mice, frogs, toads and snakes, numerous fish such as bass, bogas and carp, but also trout and eels.

Surrounded by a unique landscape, you can observe the irrigation wheel and the mill still in operation. The picnic area with barbecue and playground are also an attraction for those who visit us. Located in heart of Serra da Lousã, in a small village of Shale, very quiet, with a prime location; next to six similar villages and the Castle of Lousã, accessible by car or pedestrian path. It is a rustic house restored, with walls of schist inside and outside, comfortable and allows to enjoy stunning views from a large terrace and living room.
