The house is located 30 km from the city of Coimbra, 45 km from Serra da Estrela and 15 km from Bussaco. We are located 15 minutes from Vila Nova de Poiares, Mortágua, Lousa and Arganil. Penacova, the county seat, is 10 minutes away. You can visit the pergola and Penedo de Castro, with unique views over the Mondego River, and it also offers several walking trails. In Lorvão, you can taste its ex-libris, the snow and the Lorvão pastry. The house is located between 2 river beaches, Vimieiro and Cornicovo

Our authentically renovated, stone village house is located in the quiet and friendly village of Andorinha in Central Portugal. We created a modern space with as much comfort as possible yet keeping the eccentricity of the house. Make sure you take advantage of the wood burning hot tub and enjoy a few hours soaking, while sipping on a nice glass of wine. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: The downstairs large bedroom is accessed externally through the front courtyard NOT from inside the house.

Serra da Estrela, Sabugueiro (300 m beach)

House in the historic center of the village of Sabugueiro, where you can enjoy the local cuisine, with the various shops and restaurants. About 400 meters away is the river beach, which is a natural pool, as well as dozens of beaches and lagoons a few kilometers away (the closest place to them). We have tried our best to preserve its essence while adapting it to the comforts of modern times. A few kilometers from the house, we find beautiful trails and parks and magnificent river beaches and pools to cool off in the summer heat.

Casa do Mercado - Aveiro most photographed house!

We are open to reservations and in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at all the properties that we manage. Casa do Mercado is situated in the heart of Aveiro, this typical house is surrounded by many local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and terraces. Around the house, there are many nocturn life until 2 am(weekend) or 10 pm(week).

Casa da Fonte

It is a renovated stone house located above the village fountain, popular in the surrounding area for its pure water. Novelães is a very quiet village just 5 km from the foot of Serra da Estrela between Gouveia and Seia. The house has a large space with 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy silence and peace, walk through the woods and visit the surrounding natural attractions.
