Great stay at La Mauricette! The cottage is clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and perfectly located to discover the Dinan region. I was there with my dog Tao, who found a great friend in Raïko, Sophie and Laurent's dog. Warm welcome, ideal setting... Only downside: a Senseo is not an espresso machine😉. Thanks again, we'll be back!

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

We had a great stay in this charming, quiet and very well-equipped cottage. The buildings have been renovated with great taste, combining modern comfort and authenticity. The whole place exudes a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect for exploring the Rance Valley and its surroundings: Dinan, Saint-Malo, the coast... everything is within driving distance. A address we recommend without hesitating!

Quiet at night even though the building is along side the road.

Sabine was super welcoming with us, her tips about the different sites to visit helped us a lot. The space was very clean, functional, and absolutely quiet. Location for the vehicle located just in front. We would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend this listing. Thanks again to Sabine for her good humor.

Quality stay in Florence's accommodation. Everything was impeccable. We had everything we needed for our weekend (in the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms), we didn't miss anything! To not spoil anything, the apartment is very well located, everything is within walking distance! The garden is quiet, well wooded, a small quiet and peaceful corner. We are very satisfied with our stay, we will come back for sure! In any case, you can book with your eyes closed!

Pascal and Béatrice gave me a very warm welcome. The accommodation is comfortable, quiet and independent of their house and the terrace with a nice view of the greenery. The apartment is very well equipped and maintained. I can only recommend this address near Dinard, Saint-Malo, Dinan!

Great stay with Zabeth and Pascal. A warm personal welcome, with an explanation of the excellent equipment and the surroundings. Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city center. As a result, it is very quiet in the street and there is no noise nuisance. Very good stay, the apartment is clean and well-equipped. Well located, in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes from the beach. Listing as described and very nice.

The accommodation is faithful to the photos and very clean, which I really appreciated. Nothing special to note except that it is an old building so very low sound insulation and it is in poor condition. However, the apartment is in good condition so it's quite acceptable for a few days. In addition, the apartment does not overlook the street and it is not noisy or busy, so this limits the noise. It's good for a few days 👍 Good communication with Chrystèle as well.
