Maison ville en bois Type T2 plain-pied. Très beau jardin fleuri entouré de murs en pierres. Bassin à poissons protégé. Toutes les pièces, très lumineuses donnent sur le jardin. Calme, pas de vis à vis. Très proche du centre ville et du centre historique de Dinan. Emplacement idéal pour sortir de Dinan et visiter les environs sans avoir à passer en voiture par le centre ville (très encombré à certains moments). Maison idéale pour un séjour alliant visites et repos. Parkings gratuits à 100 m.

It consists of: - on the ground floor: living room, kitchen area, storage room and toilet. - upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 160 double bed and the other with bunk beds. A bathroom with shower and toilet. Sheets are provided but not towels. A high chair and baby cot are available for guests. The accommodation is located 1.5 km from the center of Dinan and close to the Saint-Brieuc Saint-Malo expressway.
