Our family loved our stay at this place. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and playground. It’s the perfect place for family gatherings. The description of amenities and pictures are accurate. The staff were helpful too. Will definitely book this place again!

Our stay at Ridge View Villas was both enjoyable and rewarding. We were a big group and the flexible accommodations made the stay hassle free. The peaceful, quiet neighborhood and inspiring views allowed our family to have a rich bonding experience. The caretakers Jane and Dodong were easy to contact and so helpful. They were willing to buy groceries and cooking ingredients for us at no extra cost.

Very nice place!! The hosts are very friendly and tentative. They helped out my family on everything they needed and were very helpful. Awesome place to rent if you have a big party/family.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. Edwin, the host, was incredibly responsive and accommodating with all of my requests. The caretakers were friendly and very helpful, adding to the experience. The property itself is clean and beautiful, with everything well-maintained. The only issue we encountered was some noise from dogs (both the neighbors' and the host's) during the first night, which disrupted our sleep. However, the host and caretakers were quick to address my concerns and took steps to improve the situation. For anyone who is sensitive to noise, I'd recommend avoiding bedroom 4, as it’s closest to where the dogs are. Villas 1 to 3 are quieter, and my family found the sound to be more muted in those areas. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Great place, excellent service, and we would definitely consider staying here again!😊

Treated my whole family on a grand reunion for the first time @ Johnny’s hammock. The place was very clean, equipped with toiletries, beddings, and kitchenwares. Caretakers we’re very nice, attentive and friendly. Will definitely recommend the place and will be using the place again.

The place is beautiful, especially the rooms and bathrooms. Every corner is a spot for good photos. All the equipment is complete and clean. The kids and adults enjoyed the swimming pool and the effect is beautiful at night. It was worth what we paid. The caretakers are also very kind. You can recommend the place to others because it is so beautiful.

Beautiful home and gracious hosts. Their caretaker, Hazel, was also very helpful and friendly. For an additional fee she can prepare meals for the group, which we availed. There was a lot of space for our group of 17 pax. The place was also clean and well maintained.

We booked the place as our wedding prep house. On the day of our check in, the electricity went out due to a lightning strike. So the caretaker, whose phone batt died, had to run out and find a place to charge so that she could contact us. Honestly, we were really stressed out. But both the caretaker and the owner still responded kindly to us. We really appreciated their kindness and understanding!! Though nothing was their fault, they still made the effort to comfort us by allowing us to check out later and even gifted us a box of buko pie!! Legit 10/10 for this place! Really nice place, and really kind people 🙏

Our huge family had a wonderful time swimming, singing karaoke, playing games, and spending a couple of nights in this spacious, clean, and hotel-like accommodation. The photos and description were accurate, the hosts were gracious and responsive, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The free pandesal every morning was a nice touch. It was an overall great experience. 10/10 would recommend!

We had a great stay at Hazel’s place! She was very easy to talk to, super responsive, and accommodating to our requests. The place itself is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay in Tagaytay. It’s also conveniently located near many key spots, so it was easy for us to get around. The staff were all kind and helpful, always around to assist us with parking and anything else we needed. The rooms were well-maintained and cozy, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. Upon arriving at the pinned location (Amaras Farm), we found signages that directed us to where Casa Julio is. This also helped the delivery rider we booked for our food. We were greeted by ate Anna, the caretaker when we arrived and she helped us with a few things we needed during our stay - very responsive and always ready to assist :) Indoor and outdoor areas of the house is actually spacious, useful and well-thought of. Pool is clean and has slightly warm water, perfect for the weather in Alfonso. Definitely loved the place and one of my favorite airbnb's so far :) The photos looked exactly like the actual place and more - very pretty, clean and peaceful. Me and my family really had a good time staying here and would recommend this to other families or barkadas as well :)

Our stay here is absolutely amazing. The kids and the adults enjoyed their pool so much. The location is peaceful and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Sir Bernard is responsive to our needs. The place was clean; the kitchen was super. Everything we need, this place can provide.

We enjoyed our stay - definitely enjoyed the heated private pool and jacuzzi at night. Loved that it's pet-friendly as we were able to bring our dog. Quality in everything at home - interior, furniture, lighting. Wish there are home slippers :)

This was a great place to stay for our family group visiting the area. The rooms and amenities were as advertised. We were very impressed with the beautiful property and Ate Jen was very helpful with welcoming us and even arranging for a breakfast order! It is easy and safe to walk out to the main road to visit local cafes, however, the inner streets are quite dark and there are a few neighbour dogs who will bark at you and thankfully not approach. This is one of the few properties in the area that has bedsheets, pillows, and shower items available so it is a good place to stay for travellers.

booked this place as a gift for my parents’ anniversary, hoping to find a peaceful and quiet retreat—and it truly exceeded all expectations. Special thanks to Kuya Alfie, the private chef, whose cooking is absolutely superb—honestly better than most restaurants in Tagaytay! He was also incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Ate Tere, the masseuse and housekeeper, was equally warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also loved the simple farm life—the fresh fruits and vegetables, the goats, cows, and chickens around the property added so much charm and tranquility to the experience. If you’re looking for a quiet escape with your family, this place is a must-try. We genuinely enjoyed our time here and, in my opinion, this is the best place to rest and recharge in Cavite—including Tagaytay itself.

We had a great time. It was a slight challenge to locate the place largely because of the road in, but I guess that's part of the charm of the place being in a quiet place. The house and facilities were good especially, the kitchen. The pool could do with some heating but we understand that it's not as a water heater of that size will not be environmentally sound. We noticed the rooftop solar water heater and figured that the slope of the solar panels might be wrong, thus you're not really getting any water heated at that angle. We wondered about the color of the aquarium fish. Ate Bing and Kuya Jun were very friendly and competent. Great place!

Great place to stay in at Tagaytay Highlands / Saratoga Hills. We used this place as a prep house for our wedding and this was one of the bigger houses in the area. 10 mins away from Madre De Dios and Midlands Veranda. Owners are very responsive and detailed for check in procedures! Just note they do charge additional fees for suppliers and guests coming in.

The unit was spacious with breathtaking views of Taal. A very beautiful place. We would definitely recommend it to others, especially for big groups.

Great place to stay for big groups like ours 6 couples and few kids. Beds are all queen-size and each has its own rest rooms. Very spacious which makes every corner a place for people to chat and hang out. Our favorite is the pool area with the alfresco big table ready to serve. Thank you Irene for hosting us!

We had such a great time at this villa during our small family reunion. With relatives flying in from Australia, Japan, and Singapore, we needed a place that could impress a picky crowd—and the villa delivered. It was clean, spacious, and exactly like the photos—if not better. The host was super responsive, and the staff were absolute gems—attentive, helpful, and just really on top of things. Even my mom and titas, who are famously hard to impress, kept saying how beautiful and relaxing the place was. That alone deserves a 5-star rating. Would happily come back!
