Stayed with a family of five, enough beds for all. Clean unit. All essential things were available.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tes’s place. Aside from being really nice and comfy, it was also really well thought out. Some of the things we loved: power sockets by the side of the bed for easy charging, as well as handy nook by the bed to keep small things, plenty of hooks for towels and such, a rack for hanging wet clothes/ swimwear, and most importantly, toys for kids (my kids loved these in particular). Tes was a great host and kept us informed with detailed instructions throughout the trip. I especially liked the convenience of being able to register inside Pico De Loro because the owner made himself available. All in all, 5 stars plus!! Already looking to book our next trip at this place. Thanks Tes and Monching for a really great stay!

Daniel’s place is what it is on the photos. Can comfortably host 4-6 people. Daniel is very responsive despite the time difference. The caretaker Kuya Al is also very helpful from check in to check out. Would’ve been nicer had we stayed longer but definitely worth it. Thank you!

Billyn and her caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. My group booked the 2 rooms which had everything we needed because we cooked our meals and did some work (no internet connection issues). Billyn answered all my queries clearly so we can prepare for our trip. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay so yehey!

The place was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our big group. We loved that the kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. It truly made us feel right at home. A big bonus was its close proximity to both the beach and the poolside, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a larger group!

We loved the place and the amenities that came with it such as board games, dental kits, extra blankets. The unit is easy to find and very near the pool, it was an easy walk for me and my toddler. Jose as a host is very responsive and he quickly addressed our needs. Overall a great experience and we’ll book this again in the future.

This is my 4th time staying in VillaRica Beach Resort and it will not be my last. My family love the place due to safety and accomodating staff. Till next time.

Sir Chris.was responsive to my initial queries and Ate Maurine was very and helpful during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and what we love was the complete kitchen amenities. The place is clean and well-maintained too. You can totally relax and enjoy the view.

Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

We had a great stay! Perfect for family--kids and pets! Hosts were very friendly and we felt right at home.

The location gives a direct access to the beach. The house is perfect for our entire family. Although it was only a two-day stay, the children enjoyed so much and had a blast. Shachi communicated well and provided us heads -up about checking in. We recommend to anyone and would definitely return.

Looooved the bnb 😍 went there last holy weekend and there were only a few guests- everything’s quiet, secluded, and felt exclusively just for you. Sunset is beautiful. Joey/ host is also super nice and kind, very responsive when it comes to our concerns. Staff were so nice! And very welcoming, made sure everything’s convenient for us even though the location’s isolated- gave us cooking oil, changed our bidet SUPER FAST! Shout out to Kuya Nino!!! Such an excellent experience for us from the get go- the beautiful boat ride on the way to the island, the cool natural spring water of their pool would make sure you beat the heat, everything’s just super nice! Our family had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to prepare meals easily, and the common areas were great for spending time together. The beds were comfortable, and every family member had their own cozy spot to unwind. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. Whether you're a big family like ours or traveling with a group of friends, this place is a fantastic choice. We would absolutely stay here again!

The place was so clean and comfy and has a perfect view of taal. My family was able to switch off and get away from everything. We would like to thank ate Cecille for giving us a hand everytime. It would be a big yes for us to come back for the third time.

I think the bathroom is leaking outside. Nonetheless, our vacation was very comfy and convenient because of this.

Overall, it's a good place to stay. Very comfortable and all furniture are in good quality. For possible improvement: - cleaner or new sanitary fixtures - keep the drains and grease trap odor-free (grease trap was so bad) - for longer stays, consumables should be replenished - clothes rack to hang clothes - include new dish sponge for every visitor - do not dilute the dish soap in water. Sachets is more sanitary than diluted in containers. - better communication from host

"We decided on a last-minute staycation at Wind Residences in Tagaytay, and we're so glad we did! Our hosts were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to all our questions, making us feel right at home. The room was charming and had everything we needed to cook, which was a huge plus. And the view of Taal Volcano? Absolutely stunning! Watching the afternoon fog roll in was also a really memorable part of our trip. Highly, highly recommend!"
