Monthly Rentals in Tahoe Park, Sacramento

This was our 2nd stay at Gwen’s guesthouse. We loved the historical charm of the neighborhood and the private entrance. We appreciated the welcoming touches and generous snacks. Gwen’s place is clean, calming and conveniently located. (About 10 min from the Saturday morning mid-town farmers’ market. :) We slept really well in the comfortable king size bed and took advantage of the blackout curtains and the white noise device. We had an unexpected need arise during our stay and Gwen was responsive, understanding and so helpful. A top choice for staying in Sacramento!

I absolutely loved my stay at Kelly’s place. It’s comfortable, beautiful, and peaceful. I especially appreciated the well appointed kitchen, as I like to cook. Kelly was a friendly, respectful, and responsive host. Recommended.

Loved Erin’s place. Maybe one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in. Erin was very quick, friendly, and accommodating. At the very least compared to comparable airbnbs, this was a really good deal. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and safe. The washer and dryer, really all the appliances, were fairly new and really great to have. I highly recommend Erin’s place.

Very private and beautifully landscaped. We enjoyed all the flowering bushes and trees. Just A few blocks from Trader Joe’s and restaurants,l. We really enjoyed walking in the historic East Sac area. Thanks again!
