New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Friend. Kitchen section with fridge, pour, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and vc. Air heat pump! Self outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left tidy, clean and tidy! Welcome!

Within 5 minutes walk there is a beach, shops, restaurants and nice green areas. Great communication to KAU, Färjestad's racetrack and Löfbergs Lila Arena. In the apartment there is a double bed, TV, table with chairs and kitchenette with fridge, freezer compartment, hot plates and kitchen equipment. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Parking is free, and wifi is available.

Kayak is available to hire for a trip on the river or out on the lake. To the center of Karlstad it is about 8 km. There is oven/microwave, stovetop and fridge/freezer. TV is available (streaming). Double bed (160x200cm) and a separate air mattress (a total of three sleeping places). Travel cot for baby to rent. Bed and towels are included. Welcome!

Nice Cabin 6 people with outdoor spa and peaceful location.

Own small cottage of 52m2 + 25m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for itself with the host in his own house on the property. Private parking space with room for 3 cars. In direct connection to the friend and 12 km drive into the main square Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it at the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

We were very lucky to stay at the Villa Lillebo for 2 weeks. First of all, it was fantastic. When you drive onto the property, the glittering lake immediately catches your eye and you immediately feel like you are in another world. The house is equipped with everything you need and it is furnished with a lot of love down to the last detail. This of course also applies to the very well-kept outdoor area, the newly built terrace with a comfortable whirlpool and the sauna house with its own small sun terrace. We spent many beautiful hours at the barbecue area where you can enjoy the sunset over the lake by a campfire. The jetty invites you to explore the lake by boat or canoe. Checking in and out worked without any problems and communication with the lovely hosts went smoothly. Villa Lillebo is a place of tranquility, peace and harmony with nature. Thank you Emelie and Ken for letting us be your guests
