Monthly Rentals in Takoma Park

Diana is a very lovely, responsive, and amenable host. I had to change my reservation, and she was so kind and understanding about it. The apartment is wonderful. It was very clean and stocked with cleaning products. The kitchen has plenty of prep space, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was renovated with nice fixtures. Feel free to bring your entire wardrobe because the bedroom has a TON of storage! In fact, the whole apartment has ample storage. The neighborhood is clean and quiet with very friendly people around. They smile and say hello as they pass; it's really nice. You'll have no problem getting your steps in because there's a huge park and walking path nearby. I highly recommend staying at Diana's. We stayed for a week with our 12 year old. We had come to visit the sites and the location was perfect. After a long, busy and hot day it was lovely to hop on the train and be “home” in 20mn. The area is beautiful with lots of little stores, bakery and restaurants. The hosts were so very helpful and always reachable. The space is well appointed and has everything you need!

The place was a great fit for us and felt very homely and comfortable. It’s located in a great neighborhood that is walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Megan was a great host and we look forward to staying at her place in the future!

Debra is a proactive and responsive host. The unit is immaculately clean, uncluttered and cozy. We were able to get right into the unit in spite of our very late arrival time. It is walkable to both the center of town and the COOP area. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. It has easy access to metropolitan DC highways. This is our second stay and we look forward to staying again in the future.
