Apartment holiday rentals in Talat Yai

Stayed here with 2 friends on our first trip to Phuket. The photos are very accurate and the air bnb itself was very spacious and clean. The location was about 15 minutes from Patong main areas but this was really good as it felt nice to be away from all the noise but close enough to get places. We had a few minor issues like the electricity cutting off briefly due to a landslide and the pool was under maintenance. However Coco was extremely responsive and resolved issues promptly. She arranged a taxi to our next stay in Rawai as compensation for the issues. We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

Boris is a fantastic host Very attentive, always wanting to ensure your stay is the best it can be. The apartment is well appointed. The complex is very nice, with great facilities and wonderful staff! The beach is a short walk. There is an international medical centre on-site which we used and it was very good. We stayed for 4 weeks and got to see and enjoy the complex and town. We had a wonderful stay.

Darinee is a very great woman who made our stay very special. We felt very comfortable since the first second. The room was cleaned every day and we were given support in every way. It was exactly what we imagined, a quiet place where we could relax. 5 min to the most beautiful beach, thanks to Darin's recommendation. We will definitely be back.

A beautiful place that exceeded our expectations! The apartment was spotless, modern, and fully equipped. The rooftop pool was absolutely amazing. Kelly was incredibly kind and helpful – we truly appreciated her willingness to assist with anything we needed. I would gladly stay here again and definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Zoey is a fantastic host with prompt and efficient response! I have stayed at the Deck many times. The unit is a bit small and there are bigger units there but it is generally good enough for 2 pax. Wish there is a mop available as I like to clean up the place easily and keep it squeaky clean and dry. There is a mosque nearby but I am not affected much by the loud prayers. Just close the sliding door. There is a very good massage spa and restaurant opposite Indigo hotel. Reasonably price and good value for money. I met up with the chef and was told that the restaurant will even upgrade to a higher level of food. I sampled their up-coming dishes and they are really really good. They have visiting chefs/friends from all over the world. The restaurant is joined to the spa (Sasi massage). Looking forward to my next holiday trip there. All the interesting places (beach etc) are within walking distance. Zoey can provide all info to the places you want to go.

I had an amazing time at this property. The place is conveniently located to shopping malls, seven 11 and not to far out to explore other parts of phuket as well. The cherry on top is the most amazing host who has been very responsive and helpful throughout my stay from the moment i made the booking. I highly recommend this little gem in phuket and hope to visit again soon.

Amazing stay here, possibly the best apartment in Kamala, stunning views, great rooms, it’s quite luxurious. Host is a great communicator, stayed here for 11 days and was readily available at all times.

Excellent view and perfect for traveling nomads! I stayed here for a month and throughly enjoyed it! The apartment sits atop the hill with one of the best views in the area. 5 mins away from the beach and anything else you could need. Communication was super fast and responsive. Overall I had a great stay!

Excellent apartment with incredible views, we had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Rourke was responsive and helpful, and sorted the small issue with no hot water in the apartment quickly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be located relatively close to Patong but away from the crowds. Amazing!

It was a picturesque place to stay in for several nights in Karon, the apartment is nice, as in pictures. It was all clean, with a nice terrace and good hosts Serdar and Svetlana. Not far from Karon beach, only 10 minutes by foot. And you can find all necessary shops and restaurants around while walking. The welcome was great. But please pay attention that the electricity payment is not included in the price, with extra charge. The place is all new, it has its own pool exit, and you have a nice pull around the apartments, with fitness center. The air conditioning was great so you can stay and chill at home after the wet hot weather outside. Also has a smart TV and WiFi inside the apartment. I recommend this place to stay in while in Karon!

We had a lovely stay! Jean-Michel’s place was well equipped with everything we needed and the view is amazing. The pool area is very relaxing and you are able to order drinks and food. It is a peaceful location but still close to bars, restaurants and the beach, right at the bottom of the hill. We had a car so we were able to drive down but this could also be accessible with a bike. The hill is steep to walk up but there are plenty of tuck tucks around that would take you up if needed. It is most defiantly worth it, as you can see the sun setting every evening from both apartment and pool area😊. The operational manager was lovely who made are check in as smooth as possible and was always available to answer any questions, the cleaners were also amazing, going above and beyond. There is some local construction commencing in front of the apartment which on days did cause a lot of dust and noise. However, the cleaners did their best to keep the balcony as clean as possible. Very nice place in Keemala. Good location next to super market and fast food not far from the party area. Communication and check in was very easy. Host was responsive and very nice overall bnb clean and peaceful.

Andy was always available and responsive when called on. The location is fabulous and safety was no concern. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great, about a 6-8minute walk to Karon Beach, there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The unit was slightly small for multiple couples; however, for 2-3 travelers it would be great! The WiFi was strong throughout our stay and I would stay here again!

The best option to stay several days in Patong, away from the noise of the night party. It is perfectly located, has all the amenities, close to 7 eleven, restaurants, pharmacies, tourism agencies, rent bikes, exchange money, etc. Highly recommended!

Great place to to stay and a friendly host. If you want to stay in Kata you need to stay here!!

Well presented and easy to get to, easy access to waterfront and various activities. Olivier left a folder of handy hints and places etc. Great for adult families, secure enough for younger children. First overseas place I have been comfortable enough to not worry about anything going out anytime of the day or night. We all had a fabulous week. Thanks Olivier.

Responsive host, the place was right in the centre of Patong beach, easily accessible to restaurants. The room felt like home with cozy furniture

My spouse and I have stayed in the apartment for a little over 1 month and really enjoyed the stay. The host was always responsive and tried to help with everything extremely effective and fast. Definitely recommend the place for a short or long-term stay.

The place was incredibly beautiful and Oleg was a great host. He was reachable and always helped. Definitely recommend and on my next visit it will be this place again.
