Holiday rentals with beach access in Talat Yai

I loved our stay here. Check in was smooth and the staff is very nice and responsive. We loved how close we were to a lot of the places we planned on visiting. The unit itself is beautiful and spacious and has everything you need for a long term stay. Highly recommend!!

Excellent apartment with incredible views, we had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Rourke was responsive and helpful, and sorted the small issue with no hot water in the apartment quickly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be located relatively close to Patong but away from the crowds. Amazing!

Have stayed at this property before with Zen as host. Such a good communicator and extremely helpful. Location & view very good. Short walk to town and all the fun of the night market. The food is great. Walking down the hill no issue and many Tuk Tuks available for trip up if needed.

Considering this is right smack back in the middle of Bangla Road, you don't hear a thing once in the room. Brilliant location and really good apartment if you want to be central to everything. Alex was a great host too with clear check in instructions and was always quick to reply with any questions I had. Very helpful and he made the whole process a breeze. I would recommend staying here.

perfect stay! Room was super clean and they even cleaned it randomly halfway which we really appreciated. It was at a perfect location but on the first day it was hard to find since the address on airbnb is not accurate, follow the location they’ll give you instead ! They even upgraded our room which was so nice. It has everything you need you can even book all your excursions through them. I will definitely be back some day !

Large balcony, great sea view, especially at sunset, every day before sunset, quiet place, 10 minutes walk to Karon beach, suitable for families

I had an amazing time at this property. The place is conveniently located to shopping malls, seven 11 and not to far out to explore other parts of phuket as well. The cherry on top is the most amazing host who has been very responsive and helpful throughout my stay from the moment i made the booking. I highly recommend this little gem in phuket and hope to visit again soon.

I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely spot, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The space itself was spotless and very comfortable, it was clear that a lot of thought and care went into making it cosy and inviting. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and I truly enjoyed my time here. Highly recommend!

The house was simply wonderful. We stayed with my family for a week and everything was clean and tidy. The price was very affordable, the villa was extremely luxurious and comfortable, and it was within walking distance to everywhere in Kamala. The host and the staff helped with everything. The pool is bigger than the photo. I definitely recommend it. We stayed as 5 families and it was very good in terms of privacy. Thank you.

We loved our stay as a couple in one of these villas whose location is absolutely perfect. The accommodation is at the end of a road 3 minutes from the beach, surrounded by hills and trees. The environment is very quiet, it was extremely pleasant throughout our stay. We will come back without hesitation if we need to stay in Phuket again. Thank you for everything

Hello everyone! This is my second stay at Madame Dariin's Homestay. For two months, like last year, the stay was perfect. The accommodation is simply magnificent, located at the end of a flower-filled courtyard, you'll be very peaceful. The accommodation is perfect and contains everything you need: a living room, a kitchen, a bed in a very comfortable bedroom, and a shower that would make hotels jealous, haha. Madame Dariin is the ultimate host: kind, smiling, helpful, kind and lovely ! She is always reachable in case of a problem or for information. She also offers plenty of activities and knows a lot of places worth visiting. Having been in a car accident, Madame Dariin was even there to help me and guide me through the process. I was even given a Tupperware container filled with delicious food :)! Madame Dariin is more than just a host; she's a true mother, and she does everything she can to make you feel like at home! We've been to many places in Thailand, but Baan Rom Pruk was really very special. The pool was crystal clear and absolutely clean – a real highlight, especially in the evening when it is immersed in an atmospheric atmosphere through the many fairy lights. The rooms were just as exceptionally clean and very well maintained, we felt completely comfortable. The team on site was very friendly and helpful, we were immediately helped with every issue. We were also able to book our scooters directly through the accommodation – everything went smoothly. We will definitely be back and look forward to the next stay!

Our stay at this appartment was absolutely incredible! It was wonderfully large, spacious, and clean – a true sanctuary. The location is simply amazing, a peaceful pastoral setting right in front of a lake, and few minutes away from a beautiful beach. It was the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We loved being able to take a short drive to explore all the tourist attractions and then return to the peaceful calm of our apartment. This apartment is amazing and the host Selly, easily the best Airbnb host I’ve ever experienced. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything and nothing was a problem. The apartment itself is immaculate. Anyone who reviews otherwise is simply not telling the truth. I’d stay here again and recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.

The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops.
