Il s'agit d'un lumineux appartement de 53m2 en rez-de-chaussée surélevé situé dans un hôtel particulier du XVIIIe siècle. Il a conservé tout son charme (cheminée en marbre, moulures, 4 mètres de hauteur sous plafond) et allie modernité et ancien (rénové par un architecte).
