Downtown Bordeaux in 15 minutes by tram, Talence/Pessac university campus 10 minutes as well. CHU Pellegrin 25 min by direct line bus 8 (10 min drive). An Auchan and a baker are also 400 m away for your shopping. ⚠️ THERE IS NO WIFI.⚠️ Netflix on the TV. Direct independent access to the studio through the garden.
