Beachfront holiday rental in Talland

We had a lovely week in Emily & Matt's flat. We liked that you can walk into town but also to Fistral beach & quieter areas. Great views - I enjoyed relaxing, reading in the bay window. I treated myself to swim & breakfast at Headland hotel (special offer).

Before we had checked out, we had reserved for next year. A superb property, in a beautiful, quiet location, but is just 10 minutes walk away from bars and restaurants. 1 minute walk from a beach, next door to an historic ancient church and absolutely idyllic. Highly recommended.

Modern spacious flat in a great location. The facilities were excellent and we appreciated the private car park. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

So nice to arrive after a long journey to find the water hot with excellent shower facilities, a welcoming comfortable bed with good quality bedding. We were told it was dog friendly, so we were appreciative to find bowls, towel etc., should you forget. The location was ideal for exploring the North Coast and we made full use of our NT membership. Wonderful dog friendly beaches and eating establishments very accomodating. we particularly enjoyed Godrevy and Holywell Coves. ''Tap House'' in St Agnes is a must , great food reasonably priced , but make sure you book and allow time for parking.

Tranquil by name tranquil by nature! This is a beautiful space inside and out. Very clean and neat but not clinical, very comfy. The bed was so comfy with cosy duvet and pillows. The bathroom clean, great shower and towels with a little cupboard of extra bits should you have forgotten your toothbrush! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and crockery, even has a seasoning rack. The outdoor space is perfect, a little grassy area, decking with bistro table and chairs and a larger table and chairs where you can have meals right next to the little summer house. The hot tub is positioned perfectly so you can see sheep in the field while you soak. The icing on the Tranquil cake has got to be the private beach. Just a 10 minute stroll down a clearly marked out path ( map and directions in the kitchen) open the gate with the key provided and you are on the most gorgeous little beach. Sue and Darren were so friendly and helpful and responded quickly to queries we had. We would def return!

Our stay at Bee's was perfect. It is so quiet and well appointed we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Bee and her husband were both very welcoming and helpful. The location was very good to explore the local area. We would highly recommend it.

Barbara's house is wonderful. It has a stunning view over Mawgan Porth beach and you can walk down to the beach via the dunes. Sitting on the balcony in the evening enjoying the view is a treat! The house itself is lovely - compact but it has everything you need. Barbara is a very responsive and helpful host. I would very happily stay again!

Over a couple days in Cornwall, we really enjoyed our stay here at Kerrie’s spot by the beach! It had everything we needed to make our few days in Cornwall relaxing, cosy and easy - just as a holiday should be! Kerrie was great at communicating, gave some great local recommendations and kept a spotless, sweet air BnB which is perfect if you’re visiting for a couple days. The space is small and cosy, perfect for a little couples holiday and the kitchen and bathroom have everything we needed for the two of us. The spot was right on the beach, where we heard the waves every morning. I’d say the only thing is that as the air BnB is just above street level, it sometimes was a little disturbing in the night or morning if there were noisy passers by or dog walkers, but besides this, it was perfect! I really recommend Kerries spot if you’re looking for a warm Kingsand welcome in a lovely spot by the beach!

We loved our stay here. The apartment was perfect for us - a family of 4 with 2 teens. There is so much to do on the estate - the pool and leisure area were great for rainy days. It was amazing to be able to walk to the beach and enjoy the cafe as well as being able to hire SUPs and wetsuits. Melanie was a great host and was really flexible in letting us change our arrival day (twice!) as well as enabling an early check in. There's loads to do in the area. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful, stylish, beach-side appartment, with amazing views of the sea. We had a wonderful stay! The beds, furnishings, and all facilities are of excellent quality, making this a great place for a holiday. Annie is a wonderful Holiday Host, always so responsive and helpful, and even kind enough to reply straight away to a message we sent out of hours. Thanks Annie. We were welcomed with a lovely Devon cream tea hamper from Pebbles, who also ensured that the apartment, equipment etc, and bed-linens were pristine, and provided an iron within minutes. Thanks Pebbles. Great to have a dedicated parking spot right outside (Drivers: steep, windy road to South Sands makes the drive scenic but 'interesting'!) The apartment was fine for us for accessibility (wheelchair), having a lift right to the front door, and wide doors throughout. Recommend - Harbour Beach Spa (relaxing), Bo's cafe (beach vibe), Fortescue (friendly), SouthSands (dining), Coastal walks - and Devon beaches!

This has to be the best ever beachfront apartment we have stayed in. Spectacular views, spacious balcony, superbly equipped and everything worked without any hassle. The Leisure Club is an added bonus for me - brilliant pool, fitness equipment and the jacuzzi plus the outdoor terrace and restaurant with great meals, especially the (takeaway available too) fish and chips. The purpose of this trip was a holiday for my 94 year old Mother - above all the apartment was very safe/secure, accessible, the few steps to the 1st floor are manageable and the lift means getting into the apartment is easy. Totally recommend this apartment!

The flat was spotless clean and very well decorated. Perfect location for a walk into town and also a stroll to Gylly beach. The view from the window was a delight when opening the curtains in the morning. one thing to note is the flat is a top floor and there is no lift. we never used the Falmouth hotel for swimming or gym but we did find that the bar was a perfect place for a drink on the way out\way back. Would love to stay here again. Never had to contact Nicola during the stay due to no issue's, however we did receive regular updates from Nicola. perfect holiday thanks you Nicola.

It was so lovely to arrive ,open the door and be wowed by the place , it was comfortable and clean and Susanne had left some nice treatsfor us .she was available to contact for any questions and very friendly ,i would definately recomend her

Nicki’s apartment at Bigbury on Sea is just great. Well equipped, amazing views and in a beautiful part of Devon. Use of the indoor pool is amazing for kids, especially when the weather is a bit mixed! Nicki gave lots of info and recommendations which were super helpful. I hope to be back at Bigbury soon!

This is our second stay at Atlantic View - and just as wonderful. Beautifully situated, with stunning views. A home from home - the space is very clean and well equipped. The holiday village is quiet, but with new facilities open which are lovely. Heated pool, bar and restuarant within walking distance.

Marcus's place was great for our visit to Cornwall. The apartment was very clean and in a nice building. Within walking distance to lots of restaurants and two beaches. When we got lost during check in Marcus was available over phone and he called us again later to make sure we got in okay. Very friendly!

Nice place in the heart of Looe. Most things are very walkable within the area of Looe. Kitchen and bathroom are a stand out in the place very modern and has pretty much everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Would recommend if visiting Looe for a long weekend.

What a clean, beautiful cottage in such calm surroundings - we've enjoyed every minute. The cottage was perfect - clean and tidy with stunning nautical decor, we felt right at home the minute we walked in. The view of the sea is much better than described - a highlight for me was sitting in bed drinking my morning coffee watching the waves! The beach is a 2 minute walk away and we had it pretty much to ourselves. Sadly we didn't catch a glimpse of the local dolphins! The garden is full of beautiful flowers - the access is from the road up a path with steps thru the garden. The kitchen had everything we needed in the way of utensils/cutlery/crockery, the bedrooms were clean with fresh bedding, the lounge was well stocked with games/books/dvds which the kids loved. Nick was extremely responsive and proactive, very helpful when I messaged him, and we were very grateful for a bit of flexibility on checkout. Overall a lovely relaxing experience - can't wait to return!! Thank you!

Morvena Cottage is simply stunning. Essentially, it is a four floor story (including the terrace). There was two of us but it would be very spacious for four. Because we had nice weather, we avoided the ground floor living room and spent our time on the terrace. What a view overlooking Polperro. A gull had nested on the neighbour’s roof and we loved keeping an eyes on the chicks. The kitchen is on the first floor and has everything you could think of. Double bed and two bathrooms on the 2nd floor. Whilst a careful drive is required through the streets to the cottage, you are steps away from everything. Shops, eateries, takeaways and pubs. We ate in The Three Pilchards - good food and portion sizes. If weather permits, ask to sit in their outside area. Well worth the climb! The Blue Peter Inn has to be one of the best pubs in England - quirky, good ales. Buses are infrequent but good to catch to Looe or Polruan. Ferries available too. We already miss Lisa’s cottage and hope to return.

We had a wonderful week in Monkey Magic. The location was absolutely perfect and the apartment was tastefully furnished, very clean and the view incredible. Fantastic beds too! Our teenage daughter loved her own room with en-suite bathroom. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and we found tea, coffee, milk, a fresh loaf of bread, eggs and butter when we arrived, which was a wonderful surprise. Great communication with the hosts and fantastic descriptions/explaining videos on how to get there, where to park etc. We would like to come back and highly recommend Monkey Magic to other guests!

If you are hesitating about booking Cliff Cottage in Portloe then please don’t even question it…just book it! By far the loveliest Air B n b we have had the privilege to stay in. Annie and Giovanni are perfect hosts. Charming, warm, always available and welcoming but never intrusive. Together they have created a little piece of heaven. The cottage is gorgeous and perfectly situated. The incomparable views, peace and tranquillity, creative interior design, attention to detail, thoughtful extras and the comfort and cleanliness of the cottage combine to create something truly magical. They have literally thought of everything. We felt instantly at home. My husband spent most of his time staring out of the window enjoying the views and we loved spending time in the garden and enjoying the sound of the waves. Loads to do in the local area. Stunning coastal walks in either direction and the village of Portloe captured our hearts. We truly did not want to leave.

Would highly recommend this beautiful cottage in a stunning location. The hosts were friendly, responsive and helpful. Fell in love with the view from the window seat. Lovely walks in and around the area. Locals friendly. Had the added inclusive extra of a parking space. The kitchen had everything you could need. Great place to unwind and recharge your batteries. Food at the Blue Peter was excellent. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful location with spectacular scenic views . The apartment was just 10 mins walk to the middle of Looe and enabled us to fully enjoy ourselves without the need for taxis etc . Paula is a perfect host and very responsive to any questions and very helpful , I can fully recommend , you will not be disappointed.
