Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Talloires

It is a beautiful and lovely house and my family enjoyed to stay here so much! It is located right next to the beach so it’s very easy to walk there. I walked to the bakery every morning, and took a walk along the lake at night. It’s a very safe place. Wonderful view, nice garden, and Sophie is a great host!

Thank you to the host Anne-Valérie for her trust, there were 14 of us and we lacked nothing! Everything was amazing!

Family of 6 aged from 6 years to 72 years old and we all had such a great time at this beautiful house. Lots of room for all of us. The amenities were fab and kept all of us entertained, the games room is such an added bonus and so happy that the owners choose to share that and not lock it off - think we all become frustrated F1 drivers by the end of our stay! Bedrooms were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walk to the lake and we enjoyed the bikes to cycle along the cycle route. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but due to another booking we could only stay for 3 nights, would not hesitate to recommend or return.

A Truly beautiful home. Stunning views, beautiful design and lovely finishing touches everywhere. It was a joy to stay here. Talloires is a really pretty town with everything we needed from relaxed cafe bars to fine dining. We loved all the activities the region offers. Anne Sophie was a fabulous host and really helpful! Excellent accommodation complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay, air conditioning a big bonus with the warm weather we had at the time. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants, Chanaz is a picture postcard beautiful place. Nadine was super helpful throughout our stay.

This is not the first time we have been there and it is still great, both the accommodation and the recommendations for activities. WOW - thats how i would describe this house - the views surrounding the house are amazing. It is so peaceful and quiet. The house is a real home from home and had everything you could possibly need, including a play room which was absolutely brilliant for my 20 month old grandaughter. The pool and garden were both ideal and my grandaughter loved the playhouse and slide. It is only a short walk down to the lake and swimiining in it is just amazing - water is clear and there is free to park municiple beach a short drive away. It is about 20 min drive into annecy which we did a few times which again is absolutely beautiful. Hubert was a fantastic host and was responsive and helpful as well as a lovely welcome gift from him and his family. I could go on and on about how wonderful our holiday was but i will finish with I would love to go back to this house and will be revisiting again one day - thank you Hubert

The owner was really kind, and the house was really comfortable and nice like my own home. The interior was cute and the amenities were well-equipped, so it was convenient to live in and the location was very good.

The perfect place to stay in Annecy. Smack dab in the middle of the old town and 10 minutes walk from the train station. The apartment is beautiful and very quiet. This one is worth a trip just to stay here.

Beautiful view, from the living room, the main sleeping room and of course the terrace. Every evening dining with the wonderful view of the lake and the mountains in front. The highlight for us. Location wise: Less than a block away from the bicicle trail that goes around the lake, and about 3 blocks from a nice small beach of grass. Right behind the house there is a bike rental place with friendly people and a restaurant. The apartment has fantastic blinds that blackout completely the morning sun, so you can sleep way past the sun is up and shining. The spaces were ample for 5 people. One negative point was the awfully slow Wi-Fi, maybe a plus if you want to "disconnect" from the world. I did get good 5G though. The only thing that needs attention: on warm days the sleeping rooms can become unbearably hot if not managed well. We needed to ventilate the whole upper floor to cool down for the night. And one day we had to setup the AC in the master room. We'll certainly return

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

This was a PERFECT location of our large group! Gorgeous and very well taken care of. It was so beautiful that we decided to just hang around the house on some days :) Vincent and I communicated before and during our stay as he wanted to make sure that all was going well. He was always receptive and available when we had questions. You can't go wrong with this lovely home. I will definitely come back if it is still available!!!

Three wonderful days in the very pretty house of Aude, impeccable house, very well equipped in everything, perfect bathroom, nice and practical kitchen, the bedding is super comfortable, the rooms are lovely, dream location with views of the lake and the Alps, very nice garden, we don't know what to add as everything was positive, we had a hard time leaving! Aude was more than charming and attentive, flexible, quick to respond, we absolutely recommend! And we hope to come back!

We loved staying in this French villa! My kids (3, 5 and 7) spent hours in the backyard while we hung out on the terrace and stared at the view! The house is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed - we felt right at home. It’s an easy drive to Annecy and surrounding area - we also did a day trip to Chamonix. The bakery down the hill also has amazing chocolate croissants. Thanks for a great stay!

very nice location. Saint jorioz is a very pretty place, well located. Possibilities of beautiful lakefront walks. the house is pleasant and comfortable. the view is splendid and relaxing. we highly recommend it. Marie Cécile is nice.

Fanny. Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us. It was a perfect. Our 3 teenage boys loved the pool and the location was amazing with its convenience to the 20 bus. The boys could have free time to explore themselves and also time with mum and dad. 5 stars. 6 stars if I could .
