Very good stay in this studio with a very nice ocean view. We really appreciated the instructions left in the accommodation which were very clear. Everything is well thought out and designed in the studio, perfect for staying a few days in Les Sables d'Olonne. Peaceful location.

The best thing about this apartment, without hesitation, is the breathtaking view of the port and the ocean. Breakfast on the balcony, in this quiet park. Ideal place for departures for walks and bike rides. Small supermarket and bars/restaurants at the foot of the residence. It would be perfect with wifi in addition and a double bed instead of a triple. The bunk bed is too low, you can easily bump into it and it prevents the use of wall lamps for reading at night. We slept head to toe. The shower is really small, difficult to turn around without moving the faucet. But we still had a great stay.

Great stay. The apartment is very nice, clean, bright and well arranged. The residence is quiet, pedestrian, close to shops. It has a lake, a swimming pool with several pools and a park where it is pleasant to walk Numerous bike paths criss-cross the surroundings. Antoine is an excellent host. He is very responsive, very attentive. I would highly recommend this listing.

Coming by train we were able to enjoy our stay entirely on foot. In the apartment there is a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We added one night to the reservation so much we liked the place.

Studio faithful to the photos, well furnished and has everything you need to spend a few days there. It is close to the center of La Flotte, which is a few minutes' walk away. Quiet and pleasant residence. David was very responsive and friendly. Perfect!

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the island of Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental right next door, friendly). The little extra is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

It was an excellent stay at Nicolas'! The residence is very pleasant, quiet, charming, well located to access the village of La Flotte on foot easily, close to the waterfront. We had a hot time and the apartment, shutters closed, remains cool. The pool is a great plus. The exchanges with Nicolas were very cordial. He is responsive, accommodating, and gives valuable local and practical information. The studio is well arranged, with nice decoration, good bedding, all the necessary dishes and the flowery terrace is ideal for having breakfast outdoors. ☀️ The table set on our arrival gives a touch of hospitality that we appreciated. We'll be happy to go back!
