The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

we had a great time at Sven's place and we will definitely come back. go with your eyes closed. we keep it as favorites. everything was great as in the description and reviews from previous hosts. Swan is very responsive and takes care of his others and the person we welcome was at the top.

We once again had a pleasant stay at Sylvie's cottage. The cottage is very well equipped (modern, practical, pleasant, beautiful). It offers an exterior that allows you to rest and enjoy its greenery, the terrace and its BBQ. Sylvie is available and very responsive.

Very good weekend of the ascension in this accommodation. Two adults and 3 dogs, it's really great. The linen and towels provided were really good, the laundry. Rental next to the Leclerc and many shops as well as the port and the chaume (I have been coming to the sands for years and this is the first time I have a rental on the Olonne side). Maybe we'll come back.

Excellent location: The accommodation is very clean and functional. Dominique is welcoming and accommodating. Special mention to the bedding of great comfort. Ideally located, the residence is very pleasant, Saint Martin en Ré is a charming village. I highly recommend it.

A very nice weekend spent with the family at Franck's, who welcomed me with a smile.😊 28-degree swimming pool, very nice. We spent our entire weekend enjoying the garden , pool , terrace and of course the plancha. It has everything you need to have a good time. Happy hosting and maybe see you next time.😃

Great apartment with great views, a large pool is located in the complex, the private secure parking is worth a lot. Elisabeth was always reachable. Most restaurants on this side of the harbor are about 15 minutes' walk away. You can easily take a ferry to the other side in just a few minutes for €1.10 per trip or €3 for a day ticket with unlimited trips.

Excellent stay in the accommodation, a magnificent view, functional accommodation, close to the center by car, only small downside: the sofa! It is small and quite uncomfortable. The rest was perfect, I highly recommend it!

The accommodation matches the photos, the view is beautiful! Ideally located near the port, perfect if you don't want to use the car for your stay (free shuttle nearby). The only downside is the sofa bed, which is not comfortable, the pillows, which are in very poor condition, and the shower, which lacks power for my taste.

A very big thank you to Jean Louis and Danièle for their warm welcome and kindness. The accommodation was perfect for our vacation: comfortable, very clean, well-equipped and very well located. (large cities nearby, beaches that accept dogs about 6 km away). A big thank you also for accepting our 5-month-old dog Appy, who took full advantage of the garden. We were able to enjoy the pool, a real joy. We leave with excellent memories and will not hesitate to recommend the accommodation to those around us and I think there will be a next time. The house is very beautiful, wonderfully located in the pine forest. Large garden with loungers, barbecue and several terraces. We recovered very well in the beautiful area in 2 weeks with 2 children. There is a lot to do in the Vendée, the house of Clemenceau, Les Sables d 'Olonnes with great city beach, several abbeys, many opportunities to eat inexpensively seafood and we drove to La Rochelle and to the beautiful Ile de Ré. Didier welcomed us very nicely and gave us tips for the region. Dorothée was always within easy reach. In short: highly recommended!

Hélènes home is gorgeous! The house is much bigger in person and the backyard is wonderful.

Very nice quiet location in the village of Loix. Beautiful house with all comforts, decorated with great taste. The property is a 5-minute walk from a bike rental shop, so it's perfect for touring the island. I recommend it!
