Javi's place was just as described! Beautiful rooftop pool, short walk to beach and great restaurants! The area was very peaceful and safe. All the people we encountered were so welcoming and friendly! Jan (our Concierge) met us at the elevator and took us up to our condo. He took us around the condo and explained everything necessary for a great stay. He was super responsive with my questions too! I would definitely stay at Javi's place again when my travels bring me back to Puerto Vallarta!!

I loved my stay! The place is super nice, very spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Fabiola was super attentive from the beginning. The complex is beautiful, the pool is large, the beach is in front and it has a beautiful view! My friends and I had an amazing time, I definitely recommend it and I'd love to go back!

What a wonderful location. Beautiful condo. Well equipped...Amazing views...it was everything like what the pictures depict. Host was very good at responding. Property manager was amazing. Answered all our questions and made us feel right at home. The only issue we had was some dirty showers. There were large clumps of hair in 3 of the 4 showers. The second master shower was not draining until we found a plunger and cleared the drain line. A little gross, but nothing to get too worked up over. Just want the host to know the bathroom showers could have been a bit more clean with a little more detail to the clumps of hair before our checking in. Other than that, the condo is amazing...It had everything we needed...We felt safe and at home all week. The pool and staff were so friendly. Security was very helpful. A wonderful visit and we will be back!

One of the most beautiful airbnb's I've ever had the pleasure of staying at. Would go back in a heart beat. John and team were extremely responsive and very helpful, 5 stars. Do yourself a favor and book this place.

Lyanna’s place is really lovely! I’ve been walking by this building for years - was nice to actually get to stay there. It’s near EVERYTHING - easy walks. It’s on the second floor and just above the street on the Pilitas side of the building. This is convenient, but not 100% private from the neighbors in the hotels across the street. Luckily, I am not a very shy person so I was fine with it. But you can always shut the blinds too… The place was very clean, the pool and hot tub on the roof are nice, albeit not huge. And I wish the hot tub was hotter and had jets. But those are small things…. The security in the lobby was spot on - Special shout out to Fernando - security during the day. Oh, I hope it was Fernando! I’m not always the best with names. One thing I would mention to future guests - when you get your door code from Lyanna or the concierge, be sure to lightly touch the numbers on the keypad - don’t press them. It’s very sensitive - but Lyanna was very responsive to this.

Luis had the perfect space for us. The location was very close to the beach and many great cafés and restaurants nearby! The neighbour also felt welcoming, however it can be loud at times, especially during the night. Overall, Luis was a great host and we loved his place. Would highly recommend!

Everything was amazing. We stayed there before, and this was truly an amazing experience. Not that others were bad, but Karol was an amazing host.

Excellent place!!! I was delighted with everything, the place is very nice, clean, the beds super comfortable as well as the pillows, the tasteful decor and the ufff pool area! It was the pastel cherry, a beautiful view from there 🤩 Stefano excellent host, always attentive and very friendly. Undoubtedly this apartment will be my option when I return to Puerto Vallarta. Had a great time at this very conveniently located airbnb. Some amenities were unavailable during our stay (air conditioner) but the air fans were sufficient. There is currently some construction going on, so if you’re a light sleeper you may need to communicate with Marco before booking. Otherwise the Airbnb was clean, it had responsive and attentive hosts, and it was centrally located to everything! Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

Excellent place, the host is very friendly and attentive at all times. It was a family trip with pets and we felt very comfortable. It has green areas everywhere, it was really nice.

Thank you big! Margaret and her staff were amazing! Carmen was delightful and made sure we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail was an extra special touch. We celebrated a 70th birthday and she decorated and had a cake ready as an added surprise. Bonus tip...her cooking was WONDERFUL! Highly recommend you stay in and have her treat to you with a good home cooked meal! Great communication from the very beginning with Margaret with fast response time. We love visiting PV and will definitely keep Margaret and this listing in mind when we come to visit again!

I was very happy with the apartment and this was my second stay there. I mainly communicated with Edwardo, my host. Edwardo is very warm and welcoming and responded quickly to a few housekeeping concerns I had. I will stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jose's home - it was so lovely to come to a quiet place and just enjoy the ocean, the nice cool pool, the sunsets and the very comfortable furnishings. There was a small hiccup with the power and water getting turned off for an extended period one of the days we were there, but that was caused by the city and affected many other hotels/homes/businesses/condos up and down the beach from us, not through any fault of Jose's. He was most gracious to give us a small refund for the inconvenience, though and was very responsive to all of my questions throughout our stay! We will definitely be back! Thanks, Jose!

omg. what a gem. the kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of towels, maid service twice and it was a great 10 days. location is amazing literally 10 steps to the beach. A small pharmacy is located beneath which was nice when we forgot something.. many beautiful nights on the terrace and the pool was used daily. Not heated but trust me.. you don't want it to be. front desk staff super nice. highly recommend

Amazing place with great pool for kids and steps away from the beach. We were also able to order food at home via room service which was very convenient when traveling with kids. Would love to stay here again!

Perhaps one of the most beautiful balcony’s in the building. We loved our stay. Views are stunning and unit is in great location looking west with panoramic views of the south and north shores of Banderas. We have stayed in the building a dozen times in the last two years and this units is one of the better ones in condition of furnishings and responsiveness of host. Highly recommend.

This is a rare find gem - private villa, close to the small but nice beach protected from ocean waves. Two stores villa with a private pool, fully equipped kitchen, spacious common area, two ACs bedroom, two and half bathrooms. The host was easy to communicate with. Parking space is available right at the entrance door. Nearby restaurants are either at 5 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive. Multiple hikes, one easy hike to the small waterfall starts right from the door. Highly recommend to rent it any time of the year.

The stay was great! Albert was super nice checked in and made sure got in ok and let us know we could get ahold of at anytime if we need anything. The condo looked exactly like the pics super nice. I would definitely recommend staying here.
