Overall we had a nice stay at the Chai, comfortable accommodation with all the amenities needed. Sabine and Thierry are very friendly and welcoming. We recommend it with confidence.

A nice surprise much better than in the photos , this pretty stone house in nature is nicely decorated , combining high-end furniture, modernity and the charm of this old Perigord house. The pool area is beautiful and very comfortable we enjoyed these few days with family as a family

An amazing stay! We loved the area, the cottage, and the hosts.

Nathalie and Tim were such extraordinary hosts! My family and I had a wonderful time staying in their beautiful home! The house itself is perfect for cooking, relaxing, and spending time together. We were able to enjoy the wonderful gardens and the pool all day and watch the sunset from our patio each evening. Such a stunning and relaxing atmosphere. The best part was how well taken care of we felt all week. Nathalie helped organize a tour of local vineyards, scheduled a wine tasting by the pool, and cooked dinner for us all on 2 evenings. She also had great local restaurant and market recommendations! We also loved our morning chocolatines and croissants! They were extremely kind and accommodating throughout the trip - delivering bottles of wine when we ran short, lending us a pot so that we could cook a big stew one night, and even working a miracle helping me removing a grenadine stain from a white dress I bought at a local market. I can’t recommend this wonderful home enough!

We had a great family stay at Magali's. Very flexible and warm welcome, the house is really a gem in this very well maintained, equipped, swimming pool and garden without neighbors, provision of games… everything to have a good time! And the real plus: a bathroom and a toilet per room. Thank you for this beautiful stay enjoyed by young and old

Pool is about 8m long & 1.25m deep and was perfect for us in the warm weather, while the stone building keeps cool during the day. Secluded rear courtyard with umbrella is nice for outdoor meals. 10 minutes drive to the nearest town, so a car is essential. One (nice) restaurant within walking distance.

Beautiful and spacious home in quiet village. Le Centenaire restaurant was walkable and provided good food and drink. Loved the farmhouse table in the kitchen and we spent many meals there or on the deck table. Many hot air balloons over the deck in the evenings. Kitchen was very well stocked for in home food preparation. Beds very comfortable. Very clean and well appointed.

Perfect base to explore around Marquay by car. The cottage is quiet, the environment peaceful and natural, the interior was enough for us to eat the products of the Sarlat market there every evening. Colette is adorable, and we leave even more filled with sharing and warmth. We recommend eyes a second thought!

The best lodging we've had on this month long trip to France. Beautifully and comfortably decorated, private but close to all the things, the best sleep I've had in years, wonderfully appointed kitchen. Heads up that there is a washer but no dryer, but we managed fine with the very large drying rack provided. Would not hesitate to recommend, I wish I had spent more of my time here.

Benoit's house was lovely for our three-day stopover. Everything was super-clean and very well equipped. The pool was wonderful after a long, hot drive, but we were a little unlucky as it then rained for the rest of our stay! This house is an absolute gem. Perfectly located for exploring Castelnaud Chateau and other local sights. The garden view is lovely and is great fun when the balloons float past! A beautiful, characterful cottage in the heart of this historic village.

Pleasant stay in a peaceful environment in the middle of green nature with a superb view, amenities not too far away and lots of things to visit and a lot of activities to do. Beautiful little terrace house in Belves within walking distance of the centre of the village. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants within. Five minute walk. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. The steps to the outside terrace are very steep and could be slippery if damp but the area is lovely to relax in. Lots to see and places to visit in this beautiful part of France.

We had the most wonderful holiday at Stephane and Bob's beautiful gite. They are very friendly and thoughtful hosts who have a fabulous home and garden. Our daughter loved the pool and felt very at home (as did we). The perfect place to relax but also very close to lots of places to visit. We hope to return! Many thanks 🙏

It is a great and homely furnished home. Lots of privacy, and beautiful views from really any space! We immediately felt at home. At the beginning we had a request to Nathalie, which was immediately arranged for us, really great. In short: highly recommended, also because it is a perfect base for the area between the rivers Dordogne and the Vésère, near the beautiful town of Sarlat.

This Airbnb is one of the best we have ever stayed in. The cottage is beautifully decorated , very romantic, with everything you could possibly want. The garden is also very pretty. Although it's only a 2 minute walk to a bakery, small supermarket and quite a few restaurants, it is in a quiet location. There is also a farmer's market on Monday mornings. We just loved everything. Chantal was extremely helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to see. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much Chantal for sharing your gorgeous cottage.
