TzuChiao is great, very responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay in Raymond's luxury apartment. There's a lot of space, the view is amazing, it's equipped with all you might need even for a longer stay like ours. We particularly enjoyed all the amenities like the gym and the pool, and the café and restaurant for the community are super convenient. Note that it's a steep walk up from the nearest MRT station but doable even with a kid, and you can also use the building's shuttle or catch one of the frequent buses. The proximity to lively Tamsui is a plus! Raymond is a great host and we felt welcome by all the kind people working in the complex.

This is a gem of a property. For longer stays like ours, I can't recommend this property enough. We had a baby with us, and having a drugstore with everything we needed for him within 5min walking distance is tremendously convenient. The house is spotless and spacious, and having a garbage collection area in the basement is a luxury for anyone who doesn't want to chase trash trucks at their designated times. Outside the front gate of the property is the MRT Station, making any travels needed that much easier, as well as taxis that are usually parked by the bus stop for faster travels. If you like to order on Uber Eats, the front gate makes this process super as they have tables out for these inbound meals. The 2-in-1 washer/dryer also makes laundry less of a hassle, and there's a 24hr laundromat near the family mart if ever needed. The smell mentioned in other reviews is there, but was only occasional in our almost 2-month long stay. Would stay here again without a doubt
