House holiday rentals in Tamuning

Great location, great communication, great space and beautiful view. Everything was great when we had stayed there. Easy check in as well and gated so felt safe walking with baby around and with the car. Just needed a quick sweep and mop and wipe down. Other than that it was perfect. Super comfortable.

Hafa Adai, Dina & Pete We had an absolutely lovely stay!!! The house was perfect for our two families. Everyone was very comfortable. Beds and A/C were very comfortable. The kids were in the pool non-stop and that VIEW! It was spectacular. We spotted dolphins, turtles, reef sharks, fish. What a special spot. Location was ideal too! The house was very well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. We hope we can come back to Guam soon and would love to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

The location was perfect. The unit was spacious and fit our needs perfectly. We had 12 people comfortably in the unit.

It was a suitable accommodation for groups with friends! You can use the swimming pool, and the location of the accommodation was so nice to access the city.I was satisfied without being noisy. I think it was uncomfortable because my jaw was high when I dragged and parked. Apart from that, it was a satisfactory accommodation ~ ~!

Dina was very responsive when we told her about some of the hiccups. We were first after a long term resident. The TV wasn’t working and she brought over a Roku. When there were no people at the big house next to us, she allowed me a to use the pool (we didn’t) and let us take in the beautiful view as it is on a cliff Oceanside. All the basics needed were there and we felt right at home. Great host!

Perfect, Iwill be back next year for sure. Entire month next year though. Done with overpriced hotels in Guam.

I had the opportunity of staying in two of Dina's places. The first one was Padros Villa. That one was super easy to find and check in was a breeze. Everyone I ran into that was also staying there was very friendly as well. Overall the stay was ok, it was a place to lay my head and I felt safe there. The second place was the 505 Villa. I loved staying in this place. The moment I stepped in the door, I felt I was at home. Dina is a wonderful hostess and I would stay at her properties again. Very responsive and I felt as though I was speaking with a friend or family member with every conversation.

Kool place to stay

We loved this place! It’s peaceful and feels like home. The kitchen offers an amazing view of Guam, and the house is surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. It had everything we needed for a perfect family vacation (if you’re Asian like us, just bring your chopsticks). It’s also a great starting point for exploring southern Guam. Dina, the host, was amazing! She’s responsive and easy to reach. We would definitely stay at Dina’s place if we ever get a chance to visit Guam again.

First off, the home was beautiful and was exactly what we were looking for. Very spacious and very private. I brought my elderly parents and my 4 young children for a vacation and Cory was very accommodating! Every time we needed assistance- he was quick and easily to get ahold of. We also extended twice and it was not a problem at all! I highly recommend Cory and the gang along with this home. We will surely be back to islands and this is exactly where we will be 👍🏼

Paca was always quick and friendly, and always communicated pleasantly! I stayed with my niece and her husband, and we enjoyed living like a resident of Guam, and it was very comfortable!(I did laundry and sometimes cooked.) There is also a Payless supermarket nearby, which is very convenient.I used a rental car, so it was easy to get to both the Tamon and Hagania districts, and I was very satisfied! Oh... I was so satisfied that I wanted to come back to Guam because of this accommodation. My memories at Merizo were much more intense during the 4 nights of the Merijo and 3 nights at the Hyatt ~ I will definitely come back ^ ^

Paca was very hospitable, accommodating and responsive. The Airbnb was conveniently located near grocery stores and cafes which was so helpful because we didn’t need to travel far from the Airbnb. The Airbnb was also very neat. Overall, would stay here again.

Location was amazing and off the Main Street which was nice to get away from all the noise after a long day. A/C in the house was amazing nice and cold. House could use some basic cleaning supplies to help keep the place clean while we stayed. There was no paper towels or any kitchen cleaning supplies. Bedrooms were nice but the house didn’t have any extra blankets.

Cory is an amazing host! He is responsive, friendly and accommodating! The stay was a very pleasant one overall! Pros: - The living space and bedrooms are clean and comfy to be in! - Quiet location - Easy check-in and out - Has everything needed for the stay to feel complete - cleaning supplies, enough towels, kitchen supplies, ample paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergents, etc… - Huge tv in the living room and another one in a bedroom Cons: - Pictures of listing need some updating - Massage chair makes a loud beeping sound and at the time of rental, it was not free to use. You’d have to pay for it - kitchen stove needs maintenence or changing - You would have to walk across the road to get to the beach All the cons are small and very minor and I’m very sure after speaking with Cory, they could be addressed as he is very responsive and knowledgeable. Thank you again Cory. Looking forward to future stays with listings you’re hosting.

Geon was very responsive and helpful. The house was very clean and we had the best time celebrating Easter with the bbq and used the grill. The kitchen was amazing. It was also very convenient for the laundry room as well. It was very close to the city. Thank you so much!

The space was so cozy and really felt like home away from home. The home also has a list of local acitivities and places to see around Guam. So grateful to stay here.
