Calme Home is a great place to stay- D3 is close enough to the action without the chaos of D1. Next to the river on Lu Van Sy street, the home alley is easy to find. Save the provided address in the Grab app for easy returns. Thanh is an excellent host, always ready to respond with helpful tips, awesome food and local recommendations. She went above and beyond, quickly solving a small hiccup upon check-in and making sure we were comfortable throughout the entire stay. Thanh knows the space like the back of her hand, answering any and all inquiries with expedient accuracy. She’s a big reason why we had such a great experience in this home with modern amenities.

Vincent’s 4 level home was nice. Convenient location and close to family. Private gate access away from general public in the alley. 1 or 2 blocks away has good coffee shop called Xoai Coffee and sandwich/pho stand. Easy access for Grab taxi anytime.

I spent a lot of time searching for a place to stay in Go Vap, and I’m so glad I chose Vania House! The space was just what I needed—clean, private, and secure. I stayed for about a 1.5-months while taking a course at AVSE (15-min. Grab ride), and honestly, I couldn’t have picked a better home. The staff and hosts were always quick to respond when I needed anything (which wasn’t often), and it was comforting to come home to such kind, familiar faces after long days in class. Trang, one of the hosts, was super friendly whenever I ran into her around the building, which made the stay even better. The location is also a huge plus—tons of local food options nearby and very walkable. My favorite eateries during my stay was Com Ga Gion Gion and Mi Vit Tiem A-Con located towards the main road. Vania House felt like a true LOCAL Vietnamese experience. Highly recommend!

호치민 시내 관광지역의 복잡환 환경과 베트남 특색이 없는 아파트먼트 숙소에서 여행을 보내고 싶지 않아 이 숙소를 선택했습니다. 베트남 현지 주민들이 주로 살고 있는 높은 형태의 주택. 1층 2층 모두 테라스는 아름다운 경험을 갖게 했습니다. 더위에 불편함이 전혀 없도록 1층에는 에어컨과 대형 선풍기, 2층에는 방마다 에어컨이 있어 오히려 추위를 느꼈습니다. 화장실도 1층 2층 모두 있어 편리했습니다. 1층 샤워실에서는 뜨거운물이 정말 잘 제공되어 행복했습니다. 냉장고와 세탁기의 성능도 너무 좋아 1주일 동안 숙박하는데 불편함이 전혀 없었습니다. 숙소 앞에는 구글맵에 나오지 않는 현지 로컬 시장이 있어 간식과 채소, 생선과 해산물을 사서 집에서 직접 요리를 해서 먹을 수 있었습니다. Coop 슈퍼마켓, 약국도 가까워 필요한 물품은 언제든지 구매해서 사용할 수 있었습니다. 도보로 10분 거리에 맛있는 쌀국수 집들이 있어 아주 맛있게 먹었습니다.(Pho Yen, Pho Lam) 롯데마트는 그랩으로 10분 거리에 있어 필요한 물건은 가까운 거리에서 구매할 수 있었습니다. 현지 주민들의 생활 지역으로 Tet기간을 맞아 새해 자정을 넘어갈 때에는 골목마다 폭죽을 터뜨려 불꽃놀이를 즐겼습니다. 전 세계 어디에서도 경험할 수 없는 소중한 시간 이었습니다. 가장 기억에 남는 추억은 옆집 가족과의 교류 입니다. 매일같이 화분에 물을 주던 옆집 아저씨는 저희 아들에게 Tet을 맞아 과자와 음료수를 주셨습니다. 저희는 보답으로 아저씨의 2명의 자녀들을 위해 Tet 용돈 봉투와 수박을 선물해 드렸습니다. 아저씨는 다시 보답으로 저희 아들에게 Tet 용돈 봉투와 베트남 전통 떡 케이크를 주셨습니다. 이 기억은 정말 소중한 경험이었습니다. 이 숙소는 2~3일 호치민 단순 관광을 위해 숙박하는 사람들에게는 추천하지 않습니다. 지역 주민과 현지 진짜 체험을 하고 싶은 분들에게 추천합니다. 아. 추가로 집 앞에 카페의 커피도 맛있습니다. 단돈 16K 동 입니다.

I was quite surprised to see that the house was very beautiful, the house was more beautiful than in the pictures, clean and always fragrant, there was a laundry room and a place to dry clothes right in the room, there was a hair dryer, iron, movie projector, the host very friendly and responded quickly.

Huy is a very nice host. He offered me a free Airport pickup. The place was even more welcoming compared to the provided pictures. It felt just like home while I was staying there. The amenities were a huge plus in my opinion. Pretty much staying is a bargain for the price I’ve paid. I highly recommend this place for a big group of people or a huge family.

The room is exactly was described, Wan was also very welcome and helpful, we enjoyed staying at her place! Thanks Wan for her hospitality!

Mai Anh was very responsive and helpful! The apartment is big and spacious. It had all we need, a full kitchen setup and a washing machinre. It was a quick stay but we had a very comfortable stay. Thanks again!

Good value for money. Traffic around can be quite awful during peak hours. And, the taxis usually have to make quite a big detour to reach hotel, even though on the map the neighbourhood does not look that big. If you have specific programs, then need to plan carefully to avoid being held up by the heavy traffic.

The host was really responsive & helpful! The place is perfect for when you need to stay further from downtown and closer to the airport :) I really enjoyed it and would recommend!

Minh Hue is very helpful. The studio is great and affordable. Awesome amenities. There is even a washing machine in the balcony even though we didn’t have a chance to use it during our short stay. Talking about the balcony, one can get a great view of the city from there. The Landmark 81 building can be seen on the left. We’d love to stay there again. Note: send them copies of your passports ahead of time. We forgot to do that so the checkin took a bit longer.

The place is at a good location near the airport, it has some traffic, which is expected. The host is helpful and easy to do check in and check out and flexible.

This apartment is located extremely near airport, which is a very convenient for travellers who are leaving Ho Chi Minh. Overall, the host is responsive and helpful, answering questions well within 10 minutes. And the apartment is very clean. Will recommend!

お気に入りで何回も利用しています。 チェックインもチェックアウトも柔軟で、別料金で早めに入ることも少し遅めにチェックアウトすることもできます。部屋は洗濯機が完備されたので長期滞在に最適です。空港からすぐのところにあるのですぐにくつろぐことができます。建物の階下にスーパーやコンビニなどがありとても便利です。通りを少し歩けばローカルな店がたくさんあり、飲食などには困らないです。1区へはGrabを使用すれば30分程度で行くことができます。 大きな机があるので仕事をするのにとても便利で助かっています。

The place is like the pictures, just some normal wears. Everything was as described. Mi was great at responding when I had questions and she’s also very accommodating. The location was nice and I enjoyed the view.

Communication with Yolande was good from the time we booked the apartment to the time we checked out. Yolande was very quick to respond to our messages and I felt sure if we had had any queries she would have been very helpful as she was keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit.

Her place is a great location, it’s so convenience to everything

Chỗ ở rất tuyệt vời! Căn hộ có 2 phòng ngủ rộng rãi, sạch sẽ và được trang bị đầy đủ tiện nghi như ở nhà. Phù hợp hoàn hảo cho nhóm 4-5 người. Vị trí thuận tiện, gần trung tâm và sân bay. Chủ nhà thân thiện, phản hồi nhanh và hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp!

Хорошая, небольшая квартира. Есть бассейн на втором этаже, во дворе продуктовый магазин. До аэропорта пешком 15-20 минут. Есть весь необходимый набор посуды.
