Holiday rentals with lake access in Tangerang City

Such a great time here.. The place is super quiet and private, with only one neighbor, so it felt really peaceful. There’s so much to do like ping pong, karaoke room.. Everything was super clean and just felt really cozy. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a chill spot to relax and have some fun!

house is good. ada playground sesuai foto, anak2 suka. ada dapur, 3 kmr tidur, 3 kmr mandi. tidak ada washing machine and dryer. overall good. kondisi kamar dan lain2 baik, rapi. thank you so much. ada pool di kompleks. playgroundnya anak2 suka main. ada masak2an, perosotan , kolam bola,ada buku2, ada theater kecil untuk nonton. bunk bed di 2 kmr.

Stayed for two months here and didn’t disappoint at all. Erin and Angki were very responsive. The location is as described. The area was situated in a peaceful and breezy setting. It is near the playground which our kid loves very much. There is a lake and many shops within walking distance. No washing machine provided, but there are 3-4 laundry shops just nearby and can provide pickup services. A 5-star stay. Will be surely coming again.

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

Rumahnya bersih banget sesuai dengan deskripsi dan fotonya. Menginap di sini karena akan ada acara di ICE BSD yang lokasinya cukup dekat dengan rumah ini We’ll be back for sure. Thanks Kak Figo and family

Great location, excellent property, really there isnt anything to complain about. The city view is amazing, especially during during new year eve, so much fireworks! The room itself is nice and clean, kithcen has everything except microwave and oven, loft in general are just great in my opinion, although the AC on the second floor can be loud. Just keep in mind if you bring your car with you, the parking can be expensive because it has no price limit, Rp 5000 an hour. There is also no direct access to the basement, only to P3-P5 which im told by the staff only for residence or member only. The hosts are helpful and friendly, the staff at the apartment are also nice.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The space was spotless, pleasantly scented, and very comfortable. The balcony offered a beautiful view, and the amenities were complete—including a fully equipped kitchen, stable WiFi, and a swimming pool. The host was friendly, professional, and very responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to other Airbnb guests.

Used to book a studio Gold Coast. For this trip though, we came as a party of 3. 1 bed is not enough, 2 bdroom is too much. Then I found Yayu's unit. The unit came with 1 supercomfy bed with just perfect the pillows!definitely hotel standard ( super picky pillow user here) and a sofa bed. Bathroom is great! It is located at the back tower. Ideally the unit will be comfortable for 2. 3 is actually too crowded, but we spent half of the time outside and back to the unit just to take a rest so it served us great. Squeaky clean. For a longer stay when sometimes need to cook,prepare food using knife, it will not suit you well. Think of it as an upgraded hotel experience w/ proper size refrigerator and you can heat your own food.:) I think you can ask for bedding set for the sofa bed. My 3rd person didn't mind to just slept without those so I didn't ask. Also, if you stay more than a day or two, you can ask for more water bottle supply and extra trash bags in advancd.. :)

Andre was a great host. He was very responsive whenever I had an issue, and when we ran out of something, he promptly had more sent. There were a couple minor issues that we encountered, but overall I was happy with the stay and would use it again in my next visit to Jakarta.

We had a lovely stay at Andre's place for one night from May 21-22! It was such a nice experience. The accommodations were great, and we really appreciated the clear and flexible check-in instructions. Overall, it was a wonderful time!
