Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet – ideal für erholsame Urlaubstage oder konzentriertes Arbeiten im Grünen. Dank separatem Eingang genießt du volle Unabhängigkeit und Privatsphäre. Ein kleiner, sonniger Sitzplatz im Freien lädt zum Entspannen ein – perfekt für ein Frühstück am Morgen oder ein Glas Wein am Abend.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Although you are only 35 minutes away from Hamburg city center, you have the forest, meadows and horses right outside the door. The small apartment in the "Bullerbü" style is newly decorated and has its own entrance and the possibility to sit outside. Parking is available right outside the door. Other things to take into account: We live in the house next door and are therefore quickly on site if anything is unclear.

Our charming granny apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac of a residential area, close to the Alstertal, which invites you to take beautiful walks and the AEZ - Hamburg's most beautiful shopping center. The airport is ten minutes by car, and Hamburg city center is easily accessible by public transport and within approx. 30 minutes. The fully equipped accommodation has its own garden with terrace, which guarantees privacy, and is very child-friendly.

On the first floor of the modernized duplex apartment is the daylight bathroom (including WaMa) as well as a spacious hallway. On the upper floor, the fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, microwave, induction) as well as the bedroom with flat-screen TV and workstation. The rooms on the first floor as well as the bedroom on the second floor can be darkened via electric roller shutters. Wi-Fi is available. Pets are possible by arrangement.

We have separate beds that can be put together on request. The location of the accommodation offers a beautiful rural setting. Important facilities such as a gas station (20m), supermarket (200m), bakery (100m) and restaurant (150m) within walking distance.

Our approx. 90 square meter apartment is located in Norderstedt district of Glashütte, directly in the north-western affluent suburbs of Hamburg. The city center of Hamburg can be reached by car in about 1/2 hour, the surrounding moors on foot in about 20 minutes. The sun-drenched apartment is completely newly furnished and has a large TV and a fully equipped kitchen. A guest parking space is located directly on the property.

The apartment is 20 square meters and we live right next door. On foot it takes about 25 minutes (1.7 km) to Quickborn train station. However, two bikes are also available to you free of charge.
