A proximité vous trouverez de nombreuses randonnées, via ferrata, canyoning, rafting, vtt... et vous serez proches des stations de ski: Grand Massif 25', Porte du Soleil 30', Praz de Lys/Sommand 30', les Brasses 25', Chamonix 50’. Genève et Annecy sont à moins d'une heure.

Authentic fully renovated alpine chalet nestled in the heart of an unspoilt valley close to the resorts of Les Gets and Praz de Lys. You will appreciate the cozy side of the chalet, the surrounding nature and the possibility of taking full advantage of the outdoor activities around the chalet. With its large living spaces and its 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the chalet is designed to accommodate a large group in comfort. You will also have access to the private Nordic bath.

For hiking, direct departure from the chalet, 5 min from the cross-country ski area of Agy, 10 min from Les Carroz and the Grand Massif where 5 resorts are connected (265 km of slopes!)Flaine, Morillon, Sixt, Samoëns. For the summer season, canyoning, climbing, rafting, paragliding, mountain biking, summer sledding, tree climbing...

MAGNIFICENT VIEW! Small 45 m2 chalet with a nice private 14 m2 terrace, very sunny in the heart of a natural area. Well-located, quiet accommodation, 5/10-minute walk from the village center and ski lifts, shops, swimming pool, ice rink, sports park, bus stops (200 meters). Large bay window, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, living room sofa bed, bathroom and toilet, 1 parking space. Optional linen rental for a fee upon reservation (sheets, towels).

Located half an hour from Geneva, in the hamlet of SEVRAZ at 850m above sea level, you will have a magnificent view. Cosy atmosphere, terrace and garden to rest, this will be your little refuge for beautiful adventures in our lakes and mountains that are just nearby. At 15 minutes, the Massif des Brasses, a family resort, is the ideal place to learn to ski, or to hike in the summer and to taste the pleasures of the mountain in all simplicity.

INDEPENDENT COTTAGE AT THE FOOT OF THE MOUNTAINS

A small cottage ideal for a family of 2 adults and 2 children at the foot of the mountains, 1.8 km from the ski slopes of the Morillon ski resort and the Grand Massif area (Flaine, Samoëns, Les Carroz). You can enjoy downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing... A beautiful view of the mountains awaits you. We can guide you through the discovery of the valley. We can provide you with linens and towels for 10 euros per person.

Morzine Mountain Paradise, with wonderful hotub

A secluded mountain hideaway, tucked away on the outskirts of Morzine, complete with hot tub, sauna and log fire, available for up to 10 people (extra 20e per night/per person over 8 people). This year we are focusing on self catering bookings for the main chalet so that you can use and enjoy the beautiful space, view and ambience at your leisure.

Chalet D'Alpage The 1873 "L'Alpage d'Heïdi"

Come and recharge your batteries in our alpine chalet located at 1300 m altitude and enjoy stunning views of the Mont Blanc range. Isolated in the heart of a vast clearing, it is a haven of peace accessible by car in summer. (In winter, access by snowshoe or tracked quad*.) Numerous walks, from the chalet. Nordic bath available (extra charge).

Simplify your life in this peaceful place located in the city center with all the businesses nearby. A stone's throw from the train station. The Chalet is located at the crossroads of the Arve Valley activity centers, close to Annecy, Chamonix, Geneva and all ski resorts within 40 minutes.

Charming 40 m2 detached chalet with a bedroom, bathroom, toilet, living room/kitchen and a private 20 m2 terrace, located in a quiet area typical of the village of Samoëns. At the start of many hikes on foot, by bicycle or by snowshoe. You will enjoy magnificent views of the mountains.
