modern chalet, 2 double bedrooms and a sleeping alcove ,2 shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen. whole house, garden and carport for 2 cars. at the end of a quiet road, close to buses (100 meters), trains , and the center of Les Houches(10 mn walking), les Houches ski resort ( 5 minutes) and all the chamonix resorts (20 to 40 minutes). It’s next to the village ski slope, which leads down to a skating rink. A free evening ski and show take place every Thursday during the winter season.

Isolated chalet in Haute Savoie, immersion in nature, in the middle of the ski area, breathtaking view of the mountains. - Ground floor (95m²): large space/ski room, boiler room/laundry room - 1st floor (95m²): Living and dining room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms and a children's bedroom), bathroom and toilet. Just behind the chalet is the Mont Blanc mountain range, which you can admire from the garden to the right of the chalet. Chalet not accessible by car in winter.

Une navette gratuite assure une rotation avec le centre du village et les principales remontées mécaniques. L'été: Piscine extérieure exclusive à la résidence du 15/06 au 15/09.
