This house was exactly what i expected! From day one the concierge was extremely helpful and responsive, up to setting up all our rides and hooking us up with reservations and all our ride needs! The house was clean and exactly as pictured! Pool gets cleaned everyday! 10/10 I will be back!

Our stay at Villa Lola was absolutely incredible— better than we could have imagined, even beyond the photos. The villa itself is a true architectural standout, blending immaculate design with a soothing, nature-filled atmosphere. The inner courtyard, surrounded by lush greenery, created a serene and calming vibe, while the rooftop, patio, and pool added to the overall beauty and relaxation of the space. For us, traveling with a kid, the security of the villa was a huge plus. We felt completely at ease letting them explore, and having two fantastic playgrounds just down the street was an unexpected bonus. Beyond the stunning design and thoughtful details that Pablo has poured into this space, what truly set our experience apart was the hospitality. Pablo and Ivan were among the most gracious and attentive hosts we've ever encountered on Airbnb. They were proactive in offering recommendations and suggestions. Their warmth and kindness made us feel truly welcome.

What a truly incredible place to stay! Honestly, we couldn't quite believe it was real until we got there. Everything was pristine and well designed, the area was incredibly peaceful, the monkeys were a delight, and the gorgeous dogs, Max and Grace, were a very welcome presence. We have never stayed anywhere before with such amazing swimming pools, which were always clean as was everything else. Megan and Mike were both really nice and friendly, and were very helpful with any questions we had. It was a struggle to leave to go to the airport.. we'd have happily just lived there! Thank you

The air bnb is gorgeous! I think a few more pots and pans are needed as well as an ironing board. The housekeeper was there before we woke. I think they should announce themselves with an agreed upon time. She was nice, although. Thanks so much!

We had an incredible experience at this Airbnb. The space was clean, well-designed, and exactly as described in the listing. It offered the perfect balance of comfort and style, with thoughtful touches that made our stay feel special. The location was ideal, peaceful yet close to great restaurants, shops, and the beach. Communication with the host was easy and responsive, and check-in was smooth from start to finish. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, air conditioning, and the little extras like filtered water and local recommendations. It felt like a true home away from home. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the best of Tulum.

The villa is beautiful. As a large group, we loved having our own spaces within the home while enjoying the communal ones. We spent much time in the villa pool and on the rooftop! In addition to the villa itself, Regina was fantastic. She answered all our questions promptly, gave us local recommendations and tour tips, and was friendly. We hope to be back soon! We had the absolute best time staying at Villa Mecca — I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for a beautiful, safe, and seamless experience in Tulum! The villa itself is stunning — modern, super clean, and spacious. We were a group of seven girls, and everyone had plenty of space to get ready, their own bathrooms, and extremely comfortable beds. Our host, went above and beyond before and during our stay. She was so kind and responsive, She coordinated our transportation, and helped us book a private chef and bartender who had everything set up before we arrived  and did our grocery shopping. It was the most welcoming start to our weekend! The location was perfect and about 15 minutes ( in early May) each night to get to the beach club area.  We loved our taxi driver, Walter,  Lupita connected us with. He was  prompt, friendly, and super reliable. The two pools at the villa were a dream, the rooftop was our favorite for sun.

From the moment we booked, our hosts went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. They gave us incredible local recommendations, helped arrange last-minute transportation, and even allowed us an early check-in meeting us at the house personally and giving a full walk-through of how everything worked. That personal touch made all the difference! The daily maid and pool service kept everything spotless, and the house itself? Even more beautiful in person the pictures truly don’t do it justice. Every corner felt luxurious, comfortable, and private. I came with a group of 6 and we were blown away by the space, the service, and the vibes. Denisse and house manager Frankie was amazing! She allowed my guest to check in when we had missed our flights. She was very responsive and proactive when we were needing help, she sent Frankie right away. Even helped with transportation and exchanging currency. I recommend the chef services that Denisse recommends for the house food 10/10. Everything dealing with the house was perfect. It’s close to certain local things but Is some distance from popular attractions in Tulum. Would stay again!

Loved everything about this place! The place was private and away from noise and other homes in the area. The villas were private, clean and spacious. The pools were amazing! Each villa had a kitchen area but we loved having the central kitchen and dining space to accommodate our group. We had 5 couples (10 people total) and felt like we had plenty of individual private space and loved having a common area to hang out at. The bathrooms in that same area were convenient as well. Lau was an AMAZING host! She was very responsive, had great recommendations, was flexible with our arrival time, provided access to communities that needed a pass to, and so nice and friendly! The staff that came each morning to clean and check on things were friendly as well. I look forward to coming back to this place for future vacations!

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette and it was perfect! The villa was spotless, safe, and beautifully maintained. The team went above and beyond—from arranging airport pickups and a yacht day to providing a private chef with amazing meals and champagne on arrival. The private pool was a hit, and the location was ideal—just 20 minutes to Tulum’s nightlife. A few things to note: the villa is a bit hidden (some had trouble finding it), and there was a minor yoga booking mix-up, but the hosts made up for it with complimentary tequila. Also if you plan to use the coffee machine yourself be sure to bring compatible pods! Overall, I would absolutely recommend this villa and stay again!

I had the best stay possible with this amazing team. Prior to booking my stay, I had all questions answered the day they were asked, at time, minutes after. After booking, my concierge made sure that all items on my list were booked. I was given many recommendations and when she could not help with any, she gave me many options as well. Transportation, although pricy, was great and ready for any trips, even without 24 hour notice. The villa had a property manager who came over whenever we had issues. There are tall walls and that helps with privacy. The pool is great and there are many areas to relax and enjoy throughout the villa. It is important to note the plumbing in the entire Tulum is limiting. Lastly, my concierge, Denisse , was super. Although I never met her, she helped me every step of the way through the stay. This Airbnb was 10/10.

I stayed there from 5/29-6/4 for my 30th birthday with 7 of my girls. It was my first time staying in a bnb in Mexico and I would 10/10 recommend. Eduardo was a very helpful and available host he also gave great recommendations and helped with us getting transportation. The chef and housekeeper were also amazing and very accommodating. The house was exactly how it depicted in the pictures and then some. We had no issues only thing I would say is there will be bugs, frogs, and newts. The frogs and newts don’t bother you (sometimes the frogs would get in the rooms but you can direct them out) the newts were welcome because they ate the moths and mosquitoes. The bugs got pretty big (sometimes of the biggest moths I’ve seen) but all that came with being in the jungle. You’ll also hear birds or something at night but you get used to it. It was an overall great experience and would definitely do it again.

This property was absolutely stunning. The ambiance was incredible. The host Jhon is amazing and extremely kind. I would stay here over and over again.

Casa Halo is a beautiful and looks just like the pictures! While there isn't much around the house, it is close to the beach and town. Our family had a lot of fun in the pool and hanging out in the den. Before arriving in Tulum, Kevin answered all of questions quickly and had lots of recommendations. We asked to have some food at the house for when we arrived and it was all waiting for us. Orlando was there to greet us when we arrived and helped us with everything! He had recommendations for cenotes, restaurants, drivers… Orlando advice elevated our entire trip. And when there was a problem with one of the ACs, Orlando was there to help in 10 minutes. He had someone there to repair it 15 minutes later. Amazing! One thing I would note is that the floor can be slippery, so bring something you are comfortable wearing around the house or grippy socks.

Maria and Fernando’s place was everything we expected. As hosts they were very responsive from days before check in and ensuring we had everything we needed or any questions. The house is located 10-15mins from the beach, it is in a secluded area so the roads are bumpy and under construction but most of this area is like that! You’ll get used to it. Other than that the house itself is beautiful, very clean, clean pool, spacious bedrooms and linens, towels, etc. We rented a car, were a group of 7 girls we felt super safe there with all the locks and security. The only issue we encountered was sometimes if we were all showering at once someone’s water would stop- but we figured it out and everything fine. Overall, beautiful place, great host and we all loved our time here. Thank you!

What a wonderful week we just spent at Balam Ek! We truly did not want to leave. The house is centrally located in Akumal, within easy walking distance of La Buena Vida, a small convenience store, La Lunita, and the Jungle Cafe. Everything was sparkling clean and well-maintained by Leticia and Roberto, and the rooms were comfortable. The views were unbeatable, and the house was well-equipped with towels and kitchen equipment. Sun rises were especially beautiful here! If you want a sandy beach, this is not the house for you. We don’t mind an iron shore, and we swam in the ocean daily right in front of the house. Just make sure you bring water shoes because the volcanic rock is too sharp for bare feet. We would not hesitate to stay at Balam Ek again. Highly recommend!

I can’t say this enough but absolutely loved our time in Tulum. Ulf was not only very responsive but very very helpful in helping me plan my itinerary for my bachelorette. He was very patient and was so quick to provide amazing suggestions. Would definitely look to staying here again on my next visit to Tulum. Ulf thank you for all the hospitality and being an amazing host.

We had a fantastic stay! The decor was stylish and thoughtfully done, the pools were spacious and perfect for relaxing, and Fernando was incredibly helpful—quick to respond and gave great local recommendations. Everything about the experience was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This was a very nice place. It was more than I expected. The pictures don’t do it any justice. When I walk in, I was in awe. It was one of my most favorite things about the vacation. The unit at all the amenities that you can think of. The only thing that it was missing was a dryer for your clothes. There was a washing machine with no dryer. But I still give it five stars Because everything else was so nice. It was so spacious and comfortable. The host was very responsive and hospitable. I will definitely stay here again and I would recommend this to anyone

Me and 6 other girls stayed here for my bachelorette trip and It was absolutely stunning - worth every penny. The place was so beautiful and spacious, and beautifully decorated/designed. The minimalistic style gave it very much Kim K vibes. Also, the pool was absolutely beautiful with its black and white checkered design. Anytime we needed anything, the host was quick and great with her response. In regards to transportation, the hosts puts you into contact with Sama Transportation Company and they were amazing. If you get the driver Charly…he’s amazing and deserves 10 stars (such a great guy). Transportation is pricey. Something to keep in mind when booking this home, we encountered more than usual scorpions and other insects (inside the home). The owner did mention that insect spray was under the sink (and it was), however some of the girls were terrified of scorpions so just keep that in mind when booking a place in Tulum as it is in the jungle. 10/10 would recommend !!!!

Good location with easy access to both the beach and downtown. Convenient and perfect for enjoying the best of both worlds.

Maria’s place was just as described! It was clean and looked just like the photos. We had a great stay. It was nice to come back to the air conditioned home after a hot day out in Tulum. We did not have any trouble with power outages at all as some comments mentioned. It is a construction zone and the roads are dirt, but there are many Airbnbs in the area. I would definitely recommend renting a car to get around. We were able to walk into the town from the Airbnb but it was about a 20 minute walk on the muddy roads. Maria was extremely responsive and sent us many recommendations, as well as helped set up private transportation from the airport. Overall we had a great stay at Maria’s place!
