Villa holiday rentals in Quintana Roo

Rebecca was a great host. She accommodated my group with different arrival times. We were able to bounce ideas off her for things to due during our stay and she had some amazing recommendations. We had constant communication leading into our trip and had someone available throughout our stay as well. My entire group had plenty of space to hang out and lounge. House has a great vibe, felt right at home.

the stay was amazing! super awesome listing and pools do not disappoint. the concierge service was phenomenal and were very attentive to our needs. the only downsides were that our dishwasher wasn't working, oh well. the mosquitoes were a huge issue and were everywhere!!! the sliding glass doors didn't shut fully so we were eaten alive by mosquitoes the entire stay. it was still worth it due to the location and the amazing staff.

We enjoyed our stay! The rooms were exactly like the pictures posted, beautiful! The home was clean and well managed. We loved the 2 pools. The location was a bit secluded and accessed by dirt roads. We did have some trouble while returning home from dinner on our first night. We were pulled over by the “police” and were extorted for money. We were told that if we didn’t pay, they were going to keep my husband’s license. Other than that my family had a great experience!

My husband and I travelled with 2 of our boys, ages 13 and 6, and my in-laws (early 80’s) joined us mid-week. I cannot speak highly enough of the property and the attentiveness to our needs by the staff. Everything as pictured and then some. We absolutely loved our stay and would come again in a heartbeat. We are currently trying to plan our next stay. The private area along with convenience to a cenote, town, a grocery store - we did not feel like we missed a thing and everything we needed was so close! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here and would highly encourage you to. I worried our boys wouldn’t like it, but they had so much fun in the pool, along the shore in tide pools, hunting for crabs at night, watching the birds - it was all amazing. Definitely in our top 3 vacations and we hope to go again!

This villa was absolutely stunning and perfect for our stay in Cancún. There were 8 of us staying here, which is the perfect size group for the place. The pictures don’t do the villa’s beauty justice - from the first time entering the gate to the last time, each time we were blown away with how beautiful this property is. The groundkeeper Miguel and Clarita did a fantastic job and we cannot thank them enough for making sure we felt right at home and got to enjoy every minute of our stay here. We stayed here for my birthday and bachelorette weekend - our aim was to have a quiet place where we can just enjoy each others time and unwind for a few days, which this was just perfect for. Playa de tortuga is just 5 min away and so it’s super easy to catch the boat over to isla de la mujeres. the beach right in front of the house was also gorgeous (much nicer than the regular beach in cancun) and it was so fun to have both the option of the pool and beach. Thank you so much for everything!

Honest review so there are no surprises: 5 stars because Nico was responsive and very accommodating and we made the best out of our experience. The place is hard to find - we had to ask around in order to find the place but once we were there, it was fine. The cleaners are wonderful. There is an ant issue but Nico had the cleaners come asap to eliminate the infestation. You yourself can not use the wash/dryer and the cleaners take your clothes & wash them for you elsewhere. The AC is not the best but we weren't suffering in heat. The pool and kitchen are the two highlights of the house. It is within a 5 minute walk of a mini mart which also sells alcohol and its a nice area for a jog. The gate keeper / security were great and also helpful so utilize them. If you don't speak Spanish, just use Google translate. The internet didn't work the last day but we didn't complain because we had our Hotspots and were leaving that day anyways. Overall, it was a memorable stay for a large group.

We had the absolute best time staying at Villa Mecca — I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking for a beautiful, safe, and seamless experience in Tulum! The villa itself is stunning — modern, super clean, and spacious. We were a group of seven girls, and everyone had plenty of space to get ready, their own bathrooms, and extremely comfortable beds. Our host, went above and beyond before and during our stay. She was so kind and responsive, She coordinated our transportation, and helped us book a private chef and bartender who had everything set up before we arrived  and did our grocery shopping. It was the most welcoming start to our weekend! The location was perfect and about 15 minutes ( in early May) each night to get to the beach club area.  We loved our taxi driver, Walter,  Lupita connected us with. He was  prompt, friendly, and super reliable. The two pools at the villa were a dream, the rooftop was our favorite for sun.

Casa Wabi was a very pleasant refuge that fully met my expectations. It's located about halfway between town and the beach which makes morning and evening pursuits (swimming, shopping, dining) easy; a couple of fine restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. The house itself is beautiful (all the photos are truthful), very well designed and comfortable inside, sparingly furnished, there is a large swimming pool, the caretakers provide excellent garden and pool service and household upkeep. Rapha especially went out of her way to help us with a couple of issues we had with our car rental. You need a car, preferably an SUV, because many streets/roads in the Tulum area are in bad shape (there is major construction work around Tulum and the area will soon look like Cancun).

About the host: If I could give 10 stars to Alex, I would. He was so extremely helpful and patient with us. He had provided very detailed instructions, patiently answered all of our questions and gave us great recommendations. Quick to respond & provide any help. About the villa: the property is awesome & great for a large group. It looks just like the photos. 4 bedrooms on the second floor of the main villa, and 2 more on the bottom floor with a separate entrance. Everything was clean, the a/c worked very well and provided refuge from the heat and humidity of Tulum. The bathooms however didn’t have a/c or exhaust fans, but that didn’t bother us much. The open-air showers felt fantastic. The pool area & patio are awesome and we had a lot of fun there. The location was really good if you rent a car. It wasn’t very walkable, but it was safe and quiet. Very centrally located with main attractions close by. We loved it and highly recommend staying here! We would definitely come back :)

The house was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing family vacation. The pool was a highlight for us, perfect temperature and great for cooling off and enjoying the gorgeous weather. The location couldn’t have been better — right across from a fantastic beach club that made our beach days super easy and enjoyable. We also loved how centrally located the home was for visiting other beaches, local attractions, and even exploring the nearby pyramids. It truly felt like the best of all worlds. What really made our experience stand out, though, was the host, Sacha. From the moment we booked, he was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. He provided excellent dining and activity recommendations and responded to every question promptly —

The house is located in a quiet and beautiful gated community. It’s tastefully decorated, with well maintained yard and fully equipped kitchen including filtered water and Nespresso, which was a huge plus. We also appreciated the cleaning service every other day—such a nice touch! The swimming pool was a hit with kids. Our main contact, Coqui, was incredibly friendly, responsive, and truly on top of everything throughout our stay. She provided a long list of recommendations for beach clubs, restaurants, activities, and even reliable local taxi drivers (no Uber in Tulum), which made exploring the area much easier. For general concerns about power outages and construction noise in Tulum, we didn't experience any of those during our stay. Wifi was strong and stable. An ATM conveniently located just outside the gate, a few cafés, restaurants and a mini mart are within walking distance. Food delivery was easy and convenient. All in all, a wonderful experience! Our Air bnb hostess was Odette, she was outstanding, always prompt to respond and so nice and cordial. We give her a 10+. It was a pleasure to deal with her. This property is breathtaking, gorgeous, spacious and in an unbeatable location . We got Chef Rodrigo and his right hand Cesar, you won’t want to leave the house to eat at a restaurant since their food is amazing, so beautifully presented and delicious and very generous portions. We rented a boat which picked us up right at the dock at our backyard. They have paddle boards and a full equipped gym. Can’t really say enough about our stay. You have to experience it . Since the moment you land, people greet you with a smile at the airport, car rental , restaurants, marina etc. great Vacation Viva Mexico 🇲🇽

Jeannette’s property is absolutely stunning- fresh, spotless, everything was beautifully maintained. Quiet elegance yet felt home-y. The views were breathtaking, the private pool was crystal clear, there was always hot water no matter what time of the day/night. Property is very private, located in very southern part of the island with a golf cart /taxi service should be able to locate anywhere on the island. She was kind, thoughtful, offering tons of recommendations weeks before trip and throughout my stay. Would definitely stay again!

A lovely stay. Guillermo and team are so helpful and kind. Very flexible and supportive, give great recommendations, easy to contact and quick to respond. The house is lovely, clean and convenient. Each room is comfortable and the breakfast really made it a vacation. Like an actual B&B; not just a house rental.

10/10 stay. Pascual is very attentive and polite! They stay is exactly what is described. Arriving it was hot in the house but after the a/c was turned on upon arrival, it was fine. The pool is exactly like the pictures and on hot days refreshing. There is no oven, but the stove top works just fine. Also there is a filtered water pot in the kitchen which was good for brushing teeth, etc. I recommend this stay for two people! Four people if you don’t mind being on the couch (it’s comfy, not bad at all). We saw a few little bugs, nothing crazy. Just hit them with a shoe lol. You are in the jungle so that’s expected. Overall, I am happy with this stay!

Pablo’s place was stunning. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, easy to find, and felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay. But what really made the difference was Pablo himself. He was hands down the best host I’ve ever had. From the clear instructions before arrival to the warm welcome and ongoing support, he made everything easy. He went above and beyond by recommending great spots and even helping us book activities. It truly felt like we had our own personal guide. We had an amazing time and would come back without hesitation. Thank you, Pablo.

What a truly incredible place to stay! Honestly, we couldn't quite believe it was real until we got there. Everything was pristine and well designed, the area was incredibly peaceful, the monkeys were a delight, and the gorgeous dogs, Max and Grace, were a very welcome presence. We have never stayed anywhere before with such amazing swimming pools, which were always clean as was everything else. Megan and Mike were both really nice and friendly, and were very helpful with any questions we had. It was a struggle to leave to go to the airport.. we'd have happily just lived there! Thank you

We had an incredible experience at this Airbnb. The space was clean, well-designed, and exactly as described in the listing. It offered the perfect balance of comfort and style, with thoughtful touches that made our stay feel special. The location was ideal, peaceful yet close to great restaurants, shops, and the beach. Communication with the host was easy and responsive, and check-in was smooth from start to finish. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, air conditioning, and the little extras like filtered water and local recommendations. It felt like a true home away from home. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the best of Tulum.

Rosa was so helpful and super responsive as a host! Anything we needed help with, she helped. The house was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. Check in and check out was super easy with Vito! He was very nice and gave us a tour of the house and explained everything. I would 10/10 recommend this house!!!

Beautiful! Everything you need for the entire family. Bring groceries and all necessities if possible. The outside areas are shared with other villas, so be aware the deck/kayaks/pool/chairs/etc might not always be available when you want them. Overall, great stay, water very peaceful and clean.
