Immenstadt is located in the heart of the Allgäu in the middle of the Allgäu Alps in the Alpsee-Grünten holiday region. The apartment is close to the center and is the ideal starting point for mountain, ski and swimming excursions. The Kleinwalsertal in Austria is about 30 minutes away by car.

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

Children cannot burn themselves here, as the effect fire emits only a little heat. All apartments are equipped with a comfort shower. Servus im Alpenu, unserem kleinen Hideaway auf 1.044 Metern Seehöhe in den Allgäuer Alpen. Wir haben mit viel Liebe aus einer ehemaligen Alphütte ein kleines Refugium für - bis zu vier Erwachsene und - bis zu vier Kinder geschaffen. Viel Holz, Glas, Stein und Herzblut wurden hier bis ins kleinste Detail verarbeitet und man kann hier völlig ungestört durchatmen und den Alltag hinter sich lassen.
