First floor, under mansardroof : 2 bedrooms (double beds 160 cm and 140 cm), mezzanine with 1 sofa-bed (140x200), bathroom with tub and toilet (suitable for children but just know an adult cannot stand in the bathtub). Supply of baby kit (cot with mattress latex, potty, changing mat, bottle warmer, baby monitor, high chair, table chair, children's tableware, safety swimming belt for pool). Between each rental, our concierge carries out a thorough cleaning of the house, however we still ask you to leave the premises in a decent condition, close to the state in which the house was found upon arrival, as you would do at home so that your housekeeper feels respected: we ask you to put the furniture and decorative elements back in place, empty the refrigerator, the bins, wash and put away the dishes, wipe down where necessary (sinks, oven and cooking rings for example) and sweep the floors lightly. This unique accommodation is close to all the sites and amenities, located between Biarritz and Hossegor, it is 2 steps from the tram bus terminus and 5 minutes from the beaches on the Landes coast. It offers you a beautiful view of the forest in a quiet area. It includes 2 bedrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen, a beautiful small shower room and a large terrace. It is all wood like the traditional cabins of Cap Ferret, comfortable, elegant, very easy to access and very well insulated.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. 36 m² outbuilding located behind our home. Ideal location between Bayonne and Hossegor, 5 minutes from the beaches of Tarnos and 15 minutes by bike through the forest. The accommodation is composed of a wooden terrace of 11 m² overlooking the independent entrance, the kitchen, living room, and the large room. A small bedroom with a double bed and dressing room, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.

The floor consists of three bedrooms, 2 of 13 m² (large wardrobe and double bed) and 1 of 11 m² (storage and two single beds). The 6 m² bathroom is bright and also has a toilet.

The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.
