Between each rental, our concierge carries out a thorough cleaning of the house, however we still ask you to leave the premises in a decent condition, close to the state in which the house was found upon arrival, as you would do at home so that your housekeeper feels respected: we ask you to put the furniture and decorative elements back in place, empty the refrigerator, the bins, wash and put away the dishes, wipe down where necessary (sinks, oven and cooking rings for example) and sweep the floors lightly. It offers you a beautiful view of the forest in a quiet area. It includes 2 bedrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen, a beautiful small shower room and a large terrace. It is all wood like the traditional cabins of Cap Ferret, comfortable, elegant, very easy to access and very well insulated.
