Nice house, linen and towels were clean and fresh. Toiletries was also provide and self check in is very convenient.

Communicating with Trisha was very easy. She was also upfront about the power issues that they usually have in the area. We proceeded to book despite her warning. The place is about 1 hour away from Mati. It's very private, gorgeous and clean. We brought along our 2 dogs (a golden and a lab) and they had so much fun playing at the beach! It's not ideal for kids because of the rocks but the neighbor's beach front was perfect for our dogs. Also, while the beach isn't white sand, it is pebbly so it's not painful to go barefoot. Another bonus was their dipping pool! While we unfortunately did experience a power outage on the morning of our departure, overall we had fun here! If you're looking for a private pet-friendly secure beach front house, which comes with the very helpful Ate Inday, this is the place for you 😊

Alfred’s place is incredible. We honestly did not expect the place to be welcoming, spacious and peaceful. The surf spot that we are looking for is just right in front of this home which we definitely love. The caretakers are very responsive and kind. We also felt safe as we noticed Kuya Rolly always present at the front yard, and is making sure we are not being priced too much whenever we go around the town. If not for the stronger internet connection we need for work, we would have stayed longer. This is the best place to relax

We had a great 4-day, 3-night stay! The location is convenient, especially if you’re planning to visit Dahican Beach. There’s a store, gas station, and a nearby market right outside the subdivision, which is super handy. The unit itself is clean and well-equipped with everything you need, just bring your own towels. The aircon cools the room quickly but might need, and the fridge works great. Plus, the host is very responsive, making our stay even more hassle-free. Would definitely recommend!
