In winter, the ski slope passes in front of the house, and the lift goes up behind the house. In summer, we are a little hidden and can be reached via a short gravel road. The parking lot is right in front of the house.

The surroundings of our accommodation are characterized on the one hand by the immediate proximity to nature. Forest and mountains offer countless opportunities for hikes and mountain tours of various difficulty levels. In winter, all ski resorts, cross-country skiing and toboggan runs are not far away. On the other hand, it is the nearby Innsbruck that has a lot to offer.
