It is central and very close to any ski station (400m from Matterhorn Paradise and 750m from Sunnegga).Everything is reachable in max 10 minutes walking, otherwise the bus stop is 150m far.

In summer, Lake Schali with a water ski lift ensures a lot of fun. Also nearby is the golf course. Beautiful hiking trails lead up to Täschalp, Täschhütte and Zermatt.
