Im Winter hält der Zug nach Zermatt und ins Skigebiet direkt an der Apartmentanlage. Du kommst so sehr bequem direkt ins Skigebiet von Zermatt.

Ce logement confortable se trouve au 2ème étage d’un immeuble très calme, dans le quartier de Wiesti. Il se situe à 150 mètres du funiculaire de Sunnegga (accès au domaine pour le ski et les randonnées) et à 800 mètres du centre-ville, des commerces et de la gare de Zermatt (8 minutes à pied).

Arrive and feel good. I am renting out this pretty, partly newly renovated 2 1/2 room Apartment (60 m²) in a quiet and central location. Immediately close to the center, bus stop and mountain railway to the Matterhorn Paradise ski resort! The apartment is bright and sunny and has two large balconies. In the kitchen you will find the basics to prepare your meals in addition to the equipment. Salt, pepper, spices, oil, vinegar, flour, sugar etc......

This house was built by our familiy. You will be welcomed in a spacious, bright apartment (100 m²) with a large yard. There are 2 bedrooms with new king size beds. Here we put special attention on the quality of sleep, thanks to our supplier of healthy sleeping systems. Then you will have a large living-dining room with sofa bed, 2bathrooms, TV and fireplace. The house is located about 300m from the train station.

The apartment is 3 min. from the Sunnegga lifts, starting point to discover the ski slopes or hiking paths of Zermatt. The return in winter to the apartment can be done on skis. The area is quiet and you are 10 min. from Zermatt station. The house has a shared ski room and outdoor bicycle parking.

The ground floor studio was newly furnished in 2016. It is quietly located on the east side of the house. For 1-2 people. With kitchenette, shower/toilet, east balcony. The house La Colline is located on the Riedweg. The lift to the Sunneggabahn and the end of the valley descent are a 2-minute walk away. Bahnhofstrasse is a 10-minute walk, the train station and church are a 15-minute walk.
