The room is superb!The host is also super nice!Check-in instructions are very clear, and the appliances and furniture are new.I love the kitchen, it's beautiful.And you can watch YouTube on the TV. It is close to Magic City and Seoul Street, as well as local chain supermarkets. I want to stay here for a long time. I'm glad I found this treasure of a B&B.❤️

Two-bedroom apartment. Well ventilated, good lighting, large windows. Suitable for long-term stays. The apartment corresponds to the photos. A well built residential compound. Convenience store 20 minutes walking distance. The area is far from the center, if you need to go to the center for business, it will take a long time. The area is newly built, and it is still under construction, so there is a weak infrastructure, that is, you will not find any cafes or hairdressers here, the places are just starting to open. A couple of times in three weeks in the morning, the water was completely turned off, for a short time from half an hour to a couple of hours. If you are a citizen of the Russian Federation and have been in the country for more than a month there may be problems with registration, please clarify this issue carefully.

Indira is a great host. She was able to accommodate our last minute booking request, was always in contact and provided help with everything we needed. The apartment is new and centrally located. Easy access to a local park, convenience stores, etc. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay for a couple of days. Magic City, banks, 24/7 supermarket, and restaurants all within a few minutes walking distance. Metro Station and bus route conveniently nearby to get you anywhere you want to go in the rest of the city.

This accommodation is a newly built building and everything is perfect~ It is a sufficient accommodation to relieve the fatigue of travel and take a break, with clean facilities, spacious space, and a clear swimming pool. We used a rental car as a group of 7 adult males~ I had no difficulty finding the accommodation, and it was enough to park 2 cars~ The host always tried to help~ We wish all travelers using this accommodation the best of luck!
