Holiday rentals with a patio in Tashkent Region

房间超级好！房东也超级nice！入住指引非常清晰，家电家具很新。我很喜欢厨房，很漂亮。而且电视可以看Youtube。 这里靠近magic city和Seoul街，还有当地连锁超市。 我都想长期住这里了，我很高兴发现了这个宝藏民宿。❤️

Останавливаюсь с супругом и 2 детьми. Очень хороший жилой комплекс, хороший и безопасный двор. Огромная терраса в квартире. Расположение отличное: очень близко к ТРЦ, к парку. Позавтракать можно в одной из кофеин рядом которых очень много. Внизу дома есть неплохой массажный салон.

It was a lovely and comfortable stay at Ulugbek's place, 100% worth the value for money. Ulugbek was really helpful and welcoming throughout my stay, showing utmost hospitality. Communication was always clear and precise. The flat corresponded to the description and photos, was clean and comfortable and a perfect match for my needs. Location is close to the airport, a few business centers and in walkable proximity to some touristic places, parks. Highly recommend Ulugbek's place for a stay in Tashkent and getting to know the city

Идеальный вариант для проживания в Ташкенте! Особенно если вы едете со своей компанией друзей/коллег или с семьей: в квартире идеальное зонирование, достаточное количество спальных мест (помимо двух спален можно также разместиться в гостинной), комфортная планировка. Есть все необходимое и даже больше — вплоть до того, что есть отдельная кладовка, где можно ставить сушилку, не захламляя при этом пространство. Да и вообще все крайне органично и удобно. В гостиной комфортно проводить время, в спальнях предусмотрены удобные рабочие места, а из окна открывается приятнейший вид (квартира расположена на последнем, 8-м этаже). Я уже не говорю о том, что с точки зрения декора и дизайна квартира просто восхитительна! Думаю, что за такую стоимость вариантов лучше точно нет. Более того, мне попадалась масса менее привлекательных вариантов за большие деньги) В общем, всем советую!

Fotoğraflarda gördüğünüz ne varsa, eve giriş yaptığınızda aynı görüntüyle karşılaşıyorsunuz. Ev ile ilgilenen mükemmel bir çalışan her durumda sizin yardımınıza hemen koşuyor. Günlük olarak ihtiyaçlarınız soruyor. Bu benim için çok önemliydi. Evdeki olanaklar 5 yıldızlı otel konforundaydı. Tavsiye edilir. Tek problem sıcak suyun bazen olup bazen olmamamasıydı.😀

이 숙소는 새로 지어진 건물로 모든 것이 완벽합니다~ 깨끗한 시설과 넓은 공간, 맑은 수영장 등 여행의 피로를 풀고 휴식을 취하기에 충분한 숙소입니다~ 우리는 7명의 성인 남성으로 구성된 일행으로 렌터카를 이용하였습니다~ 숙소를 찾아가는데 어려움이 없었으며, 2대의 차량을 주차하는데도 충분하였습니다~ 호스트는 항상 도움을 주기 위해 노력하였습니다~ 이 숙소를 이용하시는 모든 여행자분들의 행운을 기원합니다~ 감사합니다~

What made me feel the safest is that Akramjan immediately picked up my phone calls and supported me on getting to the Airbnb. The check-in and check out were quick and seamless, and the airbnb had refreshments on offer (these were paid but were a great addition to the place). The home was spacious and functional. Good kitchen, bedrooms and guest area. Thanks Akramjan! Wishing you the best.

Leila and her mother were friendly and welcoming, their house is very spacious with almost all rooms are with private toilets, the house and furniture are sparkling clean and cozy. The location is good quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is equipped with everything. Thank you Leila!

I went to Tashkent with my big family (8 members total). We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The house itself is spacious, very clean, and well-maintained — perfect for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tashkent. Thank you 🙏🏻

Мы остались в полном восторге от проживания у Алексея! Он очень приятный собеседник, заботливый хозяин и замечательный человек. В доме все было очень комфортно и чисто. Удобные большие кровати и полная тишина по ночам. Нам очень хорошо спалось! Гостили у него с дочкой и ей тоже все очень понравилось. Она попросила поставить ему 10 баллов, а лучше 100😄 Обязательно остановимся здесь еще, когда в следующий раз приедем в Ташкент. До центра на такси ехать 15 минут. Рядом есть магазинчик, где есть все необходимое и кафе с вкусным пловом
