Sightsee from the Window of a Classical Apartment

This gorgeous, 50 sqm luxury apartment is located right in the very heart of Budapest, on the city's most central square, Kossuth Lajos Square. Overlooking the iconic and world famous Parliament building, this wonderful retreat offers a fantastic and relaxing time in Budapest for short or mid-term stays. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of one of Budapest's most beautiful classical buildings built on the turn of the century by the National Mining Company (you can still see the hammers symbolizing mining on some the original cast iron works decorating the impressive main entrance doors). An incredible, winding set of stairs lead up to the apartment, but of course there is also a modern elevator. The apartment itself has been very recently and fully renovated, with new heat and sound insulating doors leading to the balcony, hardwood floors in the living room and the bedroom, marble and granite floors and tiles in the entry hall and the bathroom. New and custom made furnishing, arranged in a modern and tasteful way. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, nespresso coffe machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, etc. We provide the basic amenities, tea, coffee, milk creamer, mineral water, etc. The bathroom has a large, comfortable bathtub. Blowdryer, and basic bathroom toiletries are provided. The living room features a cozy sofa bed, facing a large LCD television with installed Apple TV, DVD player, surround system and fast wireless internet connection. Large bookshelf filled with DVDs, all kinds of books You can also find an alarm clock and a BOSE iPhone dock sound system in the apartment. The bedroom has a premuim, queen sized bed and mattress with extra pillows and duvets. Large wardobe to easily and comfortably unpack from those suitcases. Top-quality sheets and different size towels are also provided. A separate utility room accomodates the washer and a tumbler dryer. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people, there’s a double bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, the bedroom can be fully separated. Shutters can fully black out both the living room and the bedroom. The apartment also features an alarm, security doors and a brand new air-conditioning system. I like to greet guests personally, show them around the apartment and perhaps give you a few tips about supermarkets, restaurants, wine bars, etc. I live about 10 minutes away from the flat so if you run into any trouble or need any kind of help, I'm always available on my mobile phone. I use whatsapp, viber, telegram, iMessage to make communication easier. Located in the city's banking district, the neighborhood is an ideal mix of alive by day and quiet at night. Take a short walk to find a different side of the area, where cafes, restaurants and bars abound, and it's easy to have a good night out. Very close to all kinds of public transportation (tram lines 2 and 4-6, metro lines 2 and 3, several bus lines), but everything you'd need is in walking distance.

This is our lovely, quiet, always bright studio. Why we like it so much? Because of: • The excellent access to the public transport, only in 10 minutes from Kazinczy/Király Street / Gozsdu Garden or other citysights by metro or downtown trolleybus in 15 min. • Our top floor terrace with insane panorama, where the whole city is visible including the Buda Castle, Basilica, Heroes Square, Elisabeth Lookout, Buda hills. Each day a picturesque sunset is included with the view. This is a good place if you want to have an ice-cold "fröccs"! • The bright, well-equipped kitchen where you can find all the tools you need to cook something delicious. • Pretty lights in the afternoon (facing west) and a comfortable queen size bed with foam mattress. It's a 20-minute walk to the Jewish Quarter, well-known for its vibrant nightlife, hip coffee shops, and cool restaurants. The building is right in front of a trolleybus station from where there are buses going in every 4 minutes towards the Parliament (15 minutes ride). Erzsébet Körút is either 10 minutes walk or 3 minutes ride with the trolleybus, from there you can take the tram 4-6 which is the busiest tram-line in Budapest operating 24/7 which takes you pretty much all around the city center. Keleti Railway Station is also a 8 minutes walk or 3 minutes ride with the trolleybus (78) to the other direction, from there you can take the subway M3 and M4. The surrounding streets offer a lot of free parking premises, also it's really safe to leave your car there even for a longer time.

Even if it's midnight :) Apartment can accommodate up to 9 people. 8 in 3 bedrooms, 1-2 on the sofa in the leaving room. It is equipped with new high quality mattresses, bed linen and towels. Kitchen has everything you may need. There are 2 bathrooms. Whole flat is air-conditioned. I provide pocket Wi-Fi so that you can enjoy internet everywhere, no matter where you are - in the city centre, lost in Nowa Huta, going to Auschwitz, etc. You can connect up to 10 devices to it. Pay a visit to the 14th-century Wawel Royal Castle, then walk to one of the nearby Polish restaurants. Next to the apartment there is a tram stop that you should get off while going from the main railways station if you wish to experience a tram ride. Bus stop it's 5 min walk. If driving a car, unfortunately parking in the whole district is payable from 10 am to 8 am and not too many parking spaces available but, no worries I can arrange parking just let me know in advance.Little bit about the apartment itself.
