We, the Hofer family, warmly welcome you to our vacation home on our organic farm in Kirchberg am Wechsel. Our farm is located in the Bucklige Welt at the foot of the Wechsel directly at the so-called Molzkreuzung. This vacation home, which was built by our ancestors around 1880, has been completely renovated by us from 2022 to 2024 in loving handwork inside and out. Thus, nothing stands in the way of your vacation with the highest level of comfort.

The Lafnitz open-air swimming pool and the idyllic Neustifter See are minutes away. Start cycling tours through the Lafnitzauen, enjoy the proximity to the thermal baths or hike in Mönichkirchen and in the Wechsel area. You can easily walk to the grocery store, inn & village center.

Our lovingly restored Villa Sebaldi offers plenty of space on two levels. There is a total of over 300 m² with 6 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and two living rooms are available. Two dining rooms complete the coziness. From the kitchen there is a small terrace and on the upper floor the magnificent veranda balcony with a view of the Rax. Around the house there is a spacious garden where you can barbecue in summer, or simply relax under the old apple tree.

In winter, the nearby ski resorts of Mönichkirchen, St. Corona, Semmering, Stuhleck are suitable for skiing or snowboarding.

The kitchen is equipped with 2 hotplates, a sink, fridge and a dishwasher. The bathroom is modern and offers a walk-in shower. Free TV and Wi-Fi are available throughout the house.
