This lovely place was so perfect for my son and I. We loved the living room which felt like our home. The beds were comfy and the rooms cozy. We would definitely return if we are in the area! On Sunday morning before check out, I sat on the sunny porch with my tea. It was so peaceful and lovely. Thank you Karen for your good communication and for the sweet easy-going space.

We loved the beautiful setting. It is rural but an easy drive (only 15 minutes) to Ithaca. We travelled with our 2 year old grandson and he spent a lot of time playing outside—and we really appreciated the basket of toys we found inside. I highly recommend this AirBnB. R.J. is a truly great host. There was a big storm with a power outage. He immediately messaged me and within minutes was delivering a lantern. It matches the pictures exactly. The space is comfortable, clean and well appointed with everything you will need. This property is very peaceful, it feels remote but is only minutes from downtown Ithaca. If you are in the area and need a place to stay, do not look any further.
