Nicely located within 2 miles of Historic Downtown Deland, there are numerous unique shops, exquisite eateries, and exciting nightlife nearby. Inside as you entered there is a spacious living room with a L shaped couch overlooking the beautiful modern electric fireplace and large TV. Great layout with Master on one side and the other two bedrooms on the other side. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need. Outside there is a porch in front, a large covered lanai in the back and big fenced yard for your pets.

Spacious Retreat w/ Firepit, Grill & Fenced Yard Unwind in this cozy, well-equipped home featuring a fully fenced yard, perfect for privacy and relaxation. Lake Pan Cabin #4

This quaint one room cabin provides a tranquil lake view with a front porch swing for your ultimate relaxation. Restroom located within a few feet and a larger bath house (with shower) located less than 300 feet from cabin. Charcoal grills and a fire pit located near the cabin for your use. Complimentary use of our single kayaks or canoe. The boats are available after 9am (office opens) and must be returned by 3:30pm. They are not available when the office is closed.
