This villa (2023) is in a quiet area directly adjacent to hiking trails that lead to nature areas and ancient castles such as Jordtorpsåsen and Gråborg. But also close to beaches, swimming and the sea. The house is centrally located on Öland and is about 5 km to both the west and east coast, 3 km to the grocery store, 5 km to Färjestaden and about 20 km to Kalmar.
