Right next to the Alvar in the small row village is this former emergency cottage next to our house on the farm. We also run the yarn shop "Sticka på alvar". In the spring, the orchids bloom richly here. Several interesting historical sites are within walking distance, such as Dröstarp's deserted village. We have hens, five cats and two dogs. The house is from 1899 but has all the modernities. Barbecue area outside. Here, it is quiet and peaceful. In Gårdby, about 2 km away, there is Eksgården, which is a first-class restaurant, as well as Gårdby café

Öland idyll with proximity to everything!

Our nice old family cottage is perfectly located on Öland about 5 km from the bridge in the middle of the small village Algutsrum with lots of Öland's wonderful nature around the corner. The house is charming and fresh, has a large lovely garden to hang out, barbecue and play in. Nearby is a playground. The farm shop Stenladan, with local vegetables, delicacies and ice cream, etc. is a short walk away. Arontorps meatballs, such as Öland meatballs, today's dish and other small and good things, can be found 10 minutes by car.

Men också nära till stränder, bad och hav. Huset ligger centralt på Öland och har ca 5 km till såväl väst- som östkusten, 3km till mataffär, 5 km till Färjestaden och ca 20km till Kalmar. Enjoy the sea and nature in our quiet little oasis. The cottage is located on Boholmarna, 15 minutes by car from central Kalmar. Here you have the cottage and the entire lake property to yourselves. There are many patios on the property and for bad weather there is also a glassed-in terrace. Take a dip at your own little beach or at one of the public swimming piers nearby. Or borrow two stand-up paddleboards and paddle around the islands. Sheets and towels are included.
