Completely renovated house, completed in September 2025, designed for your comfort. Arranged in an atypical way to enjoy a permanent light, the living room and the master bedroom (bed 160cm) are upstairs, under a glass roof. In the living room: TV with box and wifi + Wii console, games, books and wood stove for harsh winter evenings. Equipped kitchen: microwave/grill, induction hob, large refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, machine for monsieur croque, Airfryer. Plenty of storage for your food. On the ground floor: entrance, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with WC and bathtub + washing machine. Baby bed with sheets on request. Finally, rare in the city center, the accommodation benefits from an outdoor space and a lockable sheltered parking. You will also find a garden table and lounge chairs. We provide you with 2 adult-sized VTC bikes, a ping-pong table, a barbecue. Non-smoking and pet-friendly accommodation. Ideally located: restaurants and shops in the next street! Beaugency is a medieval tourist city, located 30 minutes from the castle of Chambord, 1h15 from the zoo of Beauval, 30 minutes from Blois and Orleans.

Château de Chambord 20 km away. The house is accessible from Beaugency train station on foot, possibility to store bicycles in the basement or to park your car very easily. Benefiting from one of the most beautiful views of the Loire, this family home allows you to come and recharge your batteries (2 hours from the center of Paris by car).

Beautiful castle dating from 1900, located in the heart of Sologne, 2 km from the city center and the train station of the commune of Salbris. This apartment is fully renovated. 60 m2 located on the ground floor. Composed of an entrance, a living-dining room, a bedroom, a fitted kitchen and a shower room. Large French windows overlooking the vast park and period furniture. The park, with century-old oaks, is ideal for long walks to the Sauldre River.
