Beachfront holiday rental in Tavira

La experiencia fue realmente excelente. La casa superó nuestras expectativas: está muy bien equipada y resultó perfecta para el tipo de estancia que buscábamos. Contaba con todo lo necesario para nuestra comodidad. Solo nos faltó el jabón en el baño, que no había, pero el problema se solucionó rápidamente porque hay un supermercado dentro del complejo que tiene todo. El entorno es inmejorable, con un equilibrio ideal entre naturaleza y zonas urbanizadas. La ubicación no puede ser mejor: justo frente a la Ría Formosa, con acceso fácil a la playa de Barril, ya sea caminando o tomando el tren turístico. Es un lugar muy recomendable para familias con niños, ya que hay amplias zonas verdes justo al salir del alojamiento, donde pueden jugar con libertad y seguridad. La limpieza del espacio fue impecable y el proceso de check-in resultó sencillo y rápido. Sin duda, recomendamos este alojamiento. El trato de Raquel, la anfitriona, fue excelente desde el principio: atenta y amable. Obrigada!!!

Ana was very helpful when there was an issue with the wifi, very grateful. She was also very flexible with check in and check out since it was possible during the time I stayed there.. The apartment was very spacious and clean, comfortable to stay during the bad weather. Everything you need to cook was available with a lovely welcome basket when I got in. Didn’t get to experience the balconies due to the poor weather but they were both very large and looked lovely. Comfortable bed, and quiet room. Overall great stay.

Die Unterkunft von Teresa ist eine sehr gemütliche Wohnung im Herzen einer Ferienhausanlage. Sie ist sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich wirklich gleich wohl. Teresa hat bei Fragen schnell geantwortet. In der Wohnung ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man brauchen könnte. Von der mehr als ausreichend ausgestatteten Küche, über hilfreiches Strandzubehör bis zu Spiele und Sandspielsachen....Sie ist sauber und wir haben sogar bei 14tägigen Aufenthalt frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche zur Halbzeit bekommen! Die Ferienanlage ist sehr gepflegt, groß aber doch familiär und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Pool, Lokale, kleiner Supermarkt, Waschsalon... und eine Rezeption die 24/7 erreichbar ist. Das Beste an der Unterkunft ist der wunderschöne Badestrand! Dort gibt es Lokale, Toiletten und mietbare Liegen sowie Bereiche für freies Liegen. Erreicht wird er zu Fuß oder mit einer alten Bummelbahn! (kostenfrei). Die Bahn war für unseren 2Jährigen und uns jeden Tag ein Highlight

Great place to stay for a peaceful time in Tavira. East access to the main town as well as Faro or Fuseta. Great restaurant less than a 5 minute walk from the cottage.

A casa está muito bem decorada e é extremamente confortável, com todas as comodidades que se possa pensar. A Maria foi uma excelente anfitriã, sempre disponível e pronta a ajudar em tudo. Recomendo o alojamento para quem quiser passar uns dias tranquilos em Cabanas!

We a great time in Santa Luzia and really enjoyed staying in Anne’s apartment. The location is fantastic, right next to the harbour and easy walking to a number of restaurants, bars, cafes and the local mini supermarkets. The balcony has great views over the harbour and estuary, the tide coming in and out constantly changes the scenery. Take a pair of binoculars to spot much of the local bird life that descends when the tide goes out. The balcony is south facing and is a sun trap with a table and four chairs, so nice place for breakfast and lunch, or a beer or two! There is also a large outdoor corner sofa that is very comfortable and is good for sunbathing. We stayed in late April and on the whole the weather was perfect. You can catch a bus more or less right out the front door to Tavira and visit the beach by small train to Barril beach or catch the water taxi. All in all we really enjoyed our time in Santa Luzia.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr schön und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, in wenigen Minuten ist man am wunderschönen Strand und erreicht zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants. Super geeignet für Urlaub mit Kleinkind. Cátia hat uns persönlich und sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Zurzeit (Mai 25) ist eine Baustelle nebenan, die tagsüber recht laut ist. Uns hat es nicht gestört, weil wir in dieser Zeit sowieso unterwegs waren. Wer aber zu Hause Ruhe haben will, muss mit Lärm rechnen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! ☺️

It was wonderful from start to finish. It was exactly what it said it would be. The house was clean , well presented with all that you need in terms of kitchen utensils and crockery . The roof terrace was amazing with a covered seating area, large table and bbq. The local area was super easy to navigate, all on the flat and the square with an abundance and variety of restaurants was a hop, skip and a jump from the front door but far enough away that it wasn’t noisy. A local shop had all you needed and there was a fish and vegetable market a short walk away. The bikes, beach chairs and parasol were a great addition. Will be heading back next year.

Super endroit. Localisation parfaite pour profiter au maximum de cabanas. Chouettes restaurants à proximité. Jolie vue de l’appartement. Endroit parfait pour passer d’agréables vacances à cabanas. Nous né le recommandons !

Very happy with my stay. Apartment was perfect for my needs. No complaints at all. Location was perfect for what I needed.

Vom 05.06.-12.06. wunderbare Anlage, sehr liebe und nette Gastgeber. Der Pool ist wunderschön gewartet und sehr gepflegt, die Kochkünste der beiden sind phänomenal. Wir haben das Essen sehr genossen und natürlich nicht zu vergessen, der leckere Zuckerrohrsaft (Bio) und die Eigenen Kräuter auf dem Grundstück, wir würden 10 Sterne geben, immer gerne wieder

Prachtige locatie midden in de natuur met geweldige uitzichten, zeker bij zonsop- en ondergang! Huis van alle gemakken voor zien met heerlijk zwembad. Let er wel op dat je de juiste weg naar het huis toeneemt! Met de gekregen coördinaten gaf Google maps de weg vanuit het oosten aan, die weg is echter zeer smal en slecht begaanbaar (waardoor helaas schade aan de auto). Je moet vanaf westelijke richting naar het huis rijden, wat betekent dat je bij het bruggetje direct rechtsaf moet ipv rechtdoor. Maar niet afschrikken door dit bericht, want het huis is geweldig.

Paulo’s place was perfect for us. The apartment is well equipped and has a fantastic view of the Ria. The pictures don’t do the apartment full justice and it is very modern and bright and welcoming. Being able to use the Golden Club pool was a great advantage with a 12 year old, as was being able to use the free boat over to the beach. Cabanas itself is a short walk which was pleasant on the evening. We would definitely book again - thank you for a great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, Rosa was very accommodating and friendly, when we arrived she gave us a full tour. The accommodation and surrounding land is stunning, such beautiful views from our villa. The pool was such a nice addition. Plenty of seating around the pool. The local village Tavira is a lovely place to visit, and only 10 mins by car. The villa is very private and remote. And the river/lagoon is a short walk to enjoy - there are many crabs to watch too! We found our time here very peaceful and enjoyable. We barely encountered other guests, it was so quiet. Our coffee machine stopped working during the time, and Rosa came straight round with a replacement. She is a credit to the accommodation!

Our stay was fantastic, and we would definitely recommend this place! The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a high-quality feel. We loved the spacious balcony/terrace and the comfortable beds. What really made the difference, though, was our host – incredibly kind, thoughtful, and always available when needed. We felt very welcome and truly well taken care of. The location was also convenient, with quick access to supermarkets and restaurants. Overall, a wonderful experience!

We really enjoyed our stay

Nous avons séjourne dans cette jolie maison de ville avec nos 2 enfants. Idéal pour une famille dans le centre de Santa Luzia. On peut se garer facilement à proximité du logement. L emplacement est proche de Tavira et des commodités ou activités. Les commerces de la ville sont bien pour un court séjour. La maison est parfaitement équipés et la terrasse est un très beau plus ! On se sent comme chez nous. Nous reviendrons.

Het appartement is onderdeel van een groter gebouw met meerdere appartementen. Het is op een hoek gesitueerd. Het is rustig in dit gebouw. Er is een airco die ook verwarmd als het moet , dat was fijn omdat het helaas veel heeft geregend. Het appartement ligt direct aan het natuurgebied, op loopafstand van de boulevard, winkeltjes, restaurants en barretjes. We hebben het erg naar onze zin gehad.

Sehr herzlicher, netter Empfang von Leonie und Gert bei der Ankunft. Man fühlt sich in der Wohnung sofort zu Hause. Toll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Super ist der Tiefgaragenstellplatz und die Bereitstellung von Stühlen und Sonnenschirm für den Strand. Man hat auch immer die Möglichkeit bei Fragen eine Nachricht zu schreiben und bekommt schnell eine Antwort. Man kann Leonie und Gert als Gastgeber nur empfehlen.

We loved our Stay at Scott’s place. His apartment is spacious, clean and only 100 metres walk to the 1st resort swimming pool where you can eat decent food and delicious Algarve orange juice if you like. The resort itself is a nice place to be and all the staff were very helpful. The closest beach and other restaurants/bars are just a short walk away. Yes the bed is comfortable and big. Would come back!

Thiis was an ideal location for us. So close to the boat to the beach, restaurants, several supermarkets and to the lovely off the beaten track little places that the locals go to. We loved Tania's apartment and hope to return. It was so cosy and comfortable and felt very homely, just as the pictures show, not like some of the other tourist accommodations we have stayed in, in the past. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The white bed linen was a real treat!! We slept amazingly well as it was very peaceful and quiet throughout the night. A great find and Tania was a lovely host who was there in person to greet us.

We stayed one week in Emmanuelle’s apartment. It is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean with everything we needed. The outside terrace was an added bonus and we felt very secure in the complex. A few minutes walk to the main street which had plenty of restaurants and bars. Also you can got a boat from here which brings you to the beautiful beach. Would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing holiday.

We booked 10 nights in this accommodation 2 people ..everything was exactly as described location was perfect . All local restaurant's and beach a stones throw away from apartment 5 minute walk to bus stop which brings you to local train station or same bus to tavira centre ..we loved this apartment and would highly recommend a booking 10/10 Would definitely go back and use this accommodation again it was perfect .
